@@aliencblake hello, What I wanted to say is when I focus and get along on a group of people that is ethically and morally miserable, I get that feeling of hopelessness. In the other hand if I focus and get along with people with purpose and value I tend to see a brighter future for society/humanity. Now personally at this moment I don't want to just only focus only on people with purpose and good values and succeeding in life etc. , because this would make unaware of the world current situation. I want to also be aware of the dumb people in the world so I can contribute for their education and development. This is how I see.

I feel as if something or someone was caressing my brain. Thank you!

Maybe, combine it total darkness + slow/deep meditation + Green tea (L-Teanine effect > for mindfulness boost) and breathing exercises (shamanic breathing/wim hof/DMT breathing/etc), and maybe you can go really deep.

There is the A=432 scale and there is also the Solfeggio scale (which runs on A=444), which is what this is. Both are harmonious.
