If you use your RB more attacking go for Navas but the issue it is his strength. If you care about strength and you use and like playstyles pluses (and he has quick step and relentless which Navas doesn't have) on Frimpong than use him.

Both are near S+ depends how are you gonna use RB. If you use your RB more attacking go for Navas. I use him he is great. If you use your RB more defensive go for Zanetti.
