This video gives me hope my 94 runner did the same thing but it just didn't not start all at once I could drive an hour come home shut off wouldn't start . Let it go wake up in morning go out and it would fire up now 3 days later I haven't been able to get it to start and BTW my check engine light is not coming on ???

I think it’s your fuel pump that’s what it sounds like Or it could be your fuel pressure regulator🤔

Hello, I have a similar problem crank but no start, but it randomly happens I can drive the truck for a few hrs before it just dies out, and then just cranks won’t start, if I let it sit for a while it will turn rIght back up. Do you think it could be the ecm? My check engine light does come on when I turn the ignition on.

Exact same problem...Any luck with yours? I have replaced all kinds of parts but they are all cheap import parts and I don't trust them. Mechanic had quick look and thought it was distributor (based on code) but code only shows up when it won't start temporarily) . Basically code 12 and 13 are distributor related and that circuit. I replaced distributer under warranty and got another rebuilt one(I don't trust the cheap rebuild ones..'OE') .

@@TheWeirdSide1 I have a 90 Toyota Pickup that i have trouble starting, the check engine light came on and read the codes giving me Code 14 i dont know what that is

​@@rlo2367 1. Open or Short in IGF or IGT circuit from the igniter to ECM. 2. Faulty Igniter. 3. Faulty ECM. Check in that order. Igniter may be grounded at back of engine or on driver wheel well just below ignitor(you didn't say which engine you have so I'm assuming 3vze). Check the grounds as part of open/short wire check. And let us know the result as payment:)

I’m Very happy 😊 I figured out what was wrong with it.. I have owned this 95 4Runner for a long time and I take very good care of it when something needs fixed I always fix it my self! I use it to haul my bikes and go off-roading. It’s so fun to drive and it’s a very reliable vehicle and they just don’t make them like this anymore. I drive it more then my new car and it’s all up to date inside rear camera Bluetooth hands free gps cold a/c all Led lights inside and out and etc its a really cool ride lots of work 🤔😊👍 Thank you for watching and commenting 🙏
