if yours is like my 95 accord, pull the headrest up as far as it will go.. then follow the headrest rod on the outside to where it meets the seat.. there will be a plastic piece there with a button on the side.. if you press that button in while pulling up on the headrest it should come all the way out..

If you don't cut it you would have to somehow take everything out in the center of the dash.. Like below the radio.. Not me.. Cut it..
