It is so satisfying to get that hair all smoothed out again! I hope all your followers will try it! Just don't boil wash this kind of hair for more than a couple minutes, and don't use actually boiling water. Let it cool off for a couple minutes, before dunking. I just did two thrifted '80s-'90s Skippers and a Whitney, but they all had curly or crimped hair. One Skipper is the Mermaid, with her peach -colored fins and top!

Oh my gosh, I love this girl!! I found one of her in a Barbie carrying case I bought, along with a bunch of other messed up dears who I also had to help. FnC Barbie's hair was absolutely hacked beyond recognition, but that was the ONLY problem... so I managed to give her a really cute, chin length bob! It was actually my first haircut project on a doll

Her hair is so silky and still long normally the frizzy parts break off but the styling tech is better. I will use the bangs for any doll that has them next time. I'm thinking about blending a few sew in extensions to give shorter hair cuts length to curl

I'm a sucker for a good power of three like the Foam N Colour Barbies and often do it for a doll I like Fashionista 168 my trio are rerooted with Red, Brown &Blonde currently working on another trio that fall closer to the Foam N Colour but instead of yellow im going with lilac might become a quartet now 😂. You did an amazing job on her Arjen that good old Kanekalon hair been tangling on us for a long time turning into a candy floss mess 😂 but you worked your magic ... well done I dont even attempt to brush straight to the scissors 😂❤

It would be really nice if you reroot some dolls occasionally, but I understand it could be stressful or not enjoyable to do. Maybe a partial rerooting is something less complicated and more easily achievable, like rerooting a fringe or giving a doll like this one some pastel streaks (no need to take out any hair I guess, just add some to a plug). Anyway, just an idea. Love your videos!

Beautiful end result as always! You're such a pro when it comes to removing earrings! I have removed a few successfully, but other times I have given up, because I almost broke them. I usually put the head in hot water and let it soak for a few minutes, but it doesn't always work. I already wanted to ask you about your earring removal technique at your Sun Jewel makeover video. I have 2 Sun Jewel Barbies and I want to give one's earrings to a SJ Teresa, but I haven't dared to try yet. Do you remove them always dry? That Hollywood Hair earring renewed as a ring was a great idea!

Thanks hon! 🩷 I always take them out when the head is heated up from the boilwash dip! Take a cloth and just pull them out! 95% succes rate so far haha Currently restoring Western stampin Barbie and I actually destroyed her earrings 😭😭 the iconic western boot earrings I was so upset.. ugh

First of all i looove your videos!!! And how do you even get the earrings off the 90s dolls? It's so hard, i broke sm of them :(((

Well usually i’m successful with these! I just heat up the head with REALLY hot water so the head gets soft and then pull them out! But i’ve had my accidents so always be careful dear 😅
