Big fun was the 80’s

I'm 32 and this was my childhood! My uncle was in between the Boomer and Gen X generation and was the young hip uncle. I remember almost every Saturday he would drive us to the mall and blast the music and I used to dance in my seat and my aunt at the time was like my hype man. 🥲 I miss those days so much.

haha I had one of those younger in between aunts as well, that was half between me and my parents, and I didn't get why she loved "alternative" music so much and even in like 1994, I was telling her "this music is boring and not alternative." I only am beginning to understand why she loved certain bands like the Cure or Smyths or Nirvana. It is interesting to think about, I'm 41 and that was "generic background music" to me but new and revolutionary to someone a little older

I had real friends those days..we dressed to go out and dance and have fun..not drink to oblivion and have one nite stands. We lived life,we partied till 6am,I wish I could go back into time. The 80's n 90's were the best two decades.. everything went downhill from there
