I think it's per dozen..no where chicken eggs cost more than rs 20( if it's a organic Desi egg) or else standard egg cost rs 7.

सभी अंडोंसे चूजे नही निकलते. अनफर्टिलाइज्ड अंडा मार्केटमे 7 रुपये का मिलता हैं. लेकिन चुजेवाले अंडे (fertilized egg) 37 का एक मिलता है. वो अंडे हॅचरीवाले खरीद के उसको पालके 2 किलो का करके फिर बेचते है.

Truly said!! Nearby Banglore, we have a farm in which rooster and hens are roaming freely in huge farmlands. They do natural mating, and then eggs are collected. I think that is best.
