that first 6 items no boots fight... aatrox had an easy win there, but he decided to stay inside mord's passive when he was in stasis

I feel like the nashor's tooth fucked mordekaiser over more than anything. Sure, the item has 100 AP, 50% attack speed and the recently added 15 ability haste but I feel like a Demonic Embrace and Shadowflame/Void Staff/Morello combo would have made a difference.

Relying on Demonic for damage is horrific against healers. Very certain but very low DPS. Nashors gives way more damage from the faster autos and extra scaling. Morde has on-hit scaling ap damage in his kit already so more attack speed=more damage, then Nashor's passive as well. Jak'Sho mythic is probably the thing to swap out for here.

If Morde doesn´t starts the combat with E, Q And last Ult...

Morde would also lose, the difference in the combat between the two champions was huge. Aatrox is a better duelist, and has much higher sustain. ❤

The build was wrong for Mord, you don't use Thornmail against Aatrox since he barely even does AA damage he mainly wants to kite and chunk you down with his abilities from range, so the passive is useless against him and he'll still heal to full in a second. A Mord with steelcaps + Rift + Morello + Rylai and Zhonya should never lose a 1v1 to an Aatrox no matter what he builds.

It’s literally a 900 ad vs 1k ap video. You don’t see those in normal games, and Aatrox gets more value out of the ad than Morde gets from ap. Morde can usually stat check an Aatrox later in the game, but if he has 900 ad and the aatrox had armor pen items, he can easily beat Morde

​@@cordgonsinged7676 Yeah, in the hypothetic scenario he builds only damage Mord is fodder to most characters, he doesn't get much value from ap items as say many assassins since his damage is backloaded and he's quite kitable to be honest, which is why he's built hybrid. But I still find it weird they went with Thornmail regardless since it isn't supposed to count as AP.

​@@cordgonsinged7676 biting still has the option to have anathema on aatrox and hullbreakers, with this accumulation of ap, biting does not need damage to kill aatrox he can steal status from aatrox, tank and deal more damage than him.

Thirnmail instead of morellos is questionable because morellos gives 60% healing reduction at less than 50% hp. While thornmail is only 40%. So in comparison to thornmail, morellos is 50% more effective.

Morde needs to use the Ult right after Aatrox uses his Ult

Mordes zhonya usage was just setting him up for a free aatrox Q and making his nashors useless. Also morde got about 4 autos off in the last fight so Nashors usefulness is a little questionable here anyway.

Mordekaiser played really bad, he use hourglass on the most random moments instead of blocking his 3rd q, he should build more armor and less AP because morde AP scaling aren't very high and aatrox struggle to heal on heavy armored champions. Aatrox played kinda good. Both are my mains, aatrox win this matchup thanks to his range poke but mordekaiser win the all-ins if he build correctly

Because now Mordekaiser isn't getting the full benefit from his ult. And also, Mordekaiser is building wrong. Mordekaiser should be building in a pure 1v1 only: Conq, Overheal, Bloodline, Last Stand, Transcendence, Gathering Storm. And the items: RIftmaker, Demonic Embrace, Morellonomicon, Rabadons, Void Staff, and Anathemas with Elixir. I bet Mordekaiser would win that.
