For me it's 80's 90' and some of the better 2000's hip hop rappers delight to now. 90's was a very good time in the rap game and gave some serious talent to the world. From the first time I heard rap/hip hop I was hooked. Came from a rock background and to me they go together so when public enemy and Anthrax did they joint....man music is the truth.

Yep! My best friend from 14 years old (I'm 45 now) was into everything heavy metal. .old school, then Korn, System of a down, Pantera, 7 dust.. I told her when we were 15.. you listen to an entire tape of my music which was rap, r & b, hip hop.. tape was The Chronic. Then I'll listen to an entire tape of yours whichwas Pantera oh andthen Primus. We did it. Both love each other's music to this day 30 + years later. She paid for us to go to the Up In Smoke Tour in Sacramento in 2000. I went to a bunch of metal concerts with her. We're still doing it to this day! ! Love having open minded friends. We have so much fun! !!!! Music brings ppl together and opens minds....

I know what you mean, I remember listening to this as a freshman in High school in 2000. Went to a house party with all the juniors and seniors. Jamz like these makes me reminiscence the house parties consisting girls and their sporty clothing, the stanky chronic weed lingering in all of the rooms. The stench of spilled beers on the carpet floor. And dont forget, the sight of all the people in the living room, in a circle dancing to these jams. Back in the days when you weren't that afraid to ask a girl to dance - you just go on do it and its happening.

We did(those of us who had the privilege) grow up during the best and most remembered era of music. I will always remember driving around with friends listening to these and a lot of other greats in the summer with the windows up and just enjoying friends and great music! Never will be a time like this again in my opinion.

Dunno if i have to be happy or sad hearing my chidlhood songs! This takes me way back 1996-97. Am so grateful these songs still exist. Love Life 💖

I only listen to maybe 5 or 10% of the artists that have come on to the scene over the last decade! I knew that the 90s were so good I really thought the future(now) wouldve been so much better but almost the whole game has placed a "lil" on there name and tried to be the next lil Wayne but they keep upping each other to be the most different and in return that makes em very NOT different!

Rick Smooth you wouldnt believe the shit talkin ppl do to take up for rappers like uzi, 69, lil xan, trippie red and alot of other new gen puppets, and I do not get it at all! None of them have any natural talent. Lil pump signed the biggest record deal in rap history and he just repeats 1 line 4 times, then another line 4 times and on and on. Lil xan wasnt even a musician, he just up and decided that he wanted to be famous, 6 MONTHS LATER he was! Try telling me he wasnt completely fabricated by the industry!!! Tweens an softies!
