Thanks for sharing Kadz! Great vid. What skillset would you suggest to do this with within the Engineering/Manufacturing sector? First that springs to mind is a skilled machinist as it's a dying trade.

I created a seperate linkedin account and gradually got a couple hundred connections but is now blocked because not allowed to have 2 accounts. Hello - I had been laid off from my corporate TA role but had experience with the agency grind when i first got into TA. I am extremely hungry and have the intellect to go all in and complete my goal. Having said this, your video really spoke to me, it gave a very workable framework that I can tailor to my style. huge market, but in all honesty I can't see why it would be bad. However I have very little... in fact no experience with attorney recruitment in the US

@billcaan personally i would say mechanics is cold calling rather than cold email. Maybe main dealers you could cold email. As for candidates very cv search based
