great ideas,
Thank you Anna, I was fortunate when I retired from being a church musician to organize a card ministry at my home church. I make kits, and the group gets together to assemble cards for gift bags. The recipients have all lost friends or family members during the previous year. We are making about 230 cards this year (yes, it's a big place). I saw this stamp set in the catalog and thought I'd better step up the more religious cards! Thank you so much for all the ideas. The religious sentiment stamp set would be a nice addition as well. We're almost done this years cards, but I'll put this first on the list for next year.

Anna - Thank you for sharing this video with us. I actually got this stamp set. I however have not used it as of yet. I just have never cared for the more solid stamps. I never was able to get a good result from them. I was going to watch videos looking for ideas to get better images with them. I think this video will be of great help to me when I am able to work on cards again. (just had 2 cataract eyes surgeries in the last 16 days) I will be ready to work on cards in about 6 weeks again. Thank you so much for sharing this video & these ideas with us. 👏👏👏💞💐🌻

I look at stamps of this type & cannot picture what to do with them. This was very helpful to see how they are designed to work. They are still not my favorite but they won't just lay in the drawer anymore.
some neat techniques, however, I'm not sure exactly how you did the Joseph's coat! thanks for taking time to share.

@@handmakewithlove I am from MN., but live in central Illinois.
I've been doing this just the last couple years. I haven't done embossing. When you showed the reverse technique, I didn't see how you stamped it before. Did you stamp it with the versa mark? I really don't know how you started before you added the ink.
I like all of your technique and you're just a coat technique would have been better on a lighter color paper and would have shown up better. I have done it before where you take your finger dobbers with different colors And make blotches and then do Clear embossing over that and then either use the ink pad and drag across it and make it solid black or use your blending brushes. And then wipe Everything off and the embossed images just come to life. We did it with butterflies! It was magnificent but I really enjoyed all of your other techniques and I too have that stamp set and not really know what to do with it
