    Very good tips, thank you. QUESTION, you mentioned "missing 7 questions" across verbal and quantitative. I was wondering, when you miss the question (i.e. leave unanswered), does the next question get easier, harder or stays at the same level as the one you didn't answer? Essentially, if you don't know the answer and you feel as if you are wasting too much time on particular question, is it better to GUESS or DO NOT ANSWER at all? Thank you.

    Thank you for these tips. I have been preparing for the GMAT for the last few months, and your point on Reviewing > Drilling really struck home with me. While I was able to identify some trends in my mistakes in the quant sections, unfortunately, I am failing to come up with any such pattern on my mistakes in the Verbal sections. There are certain practice tests where I do really poorly on SC, but in certain others on RC. Would you be able to suggest some framework to analyse my mistakes and try and decipher something?

    @PrepScholar GMAT: @7:20 time you say that missing some questions doesn't hurt the total GMAT score but @8:15 time you say that not finishing a section is very bad for the total score. Both these things sound contradictory to each other. PS: I hope that by missing a few questions you mean being not able to solve a couple of questions in the end becuase of a lack of time. Please reply. It will help in clearing this confusion.

  • @BrownBramptonMom

    @BrownBramptonMom

    5 жыл бұрын

    Both the things are not contradictory. You can miss 3-4 questions, spaced out between all the attempted one and still finish the section within time. Missing questions does not mean missing them towards the end of the section.
