Every single one of these look sooo good !! But I have a major weakness for chocolate and mint combos !!! So that first one is a must in my cookbook! 😋
I don't know why, but I have this obsession with people's hands. The person at 2:50 has hands that fascinate me. I love watching them working with the food.
Scrum, that sissor clipped bread ring is awesome!!! Would make a nice table wreath. To me, it looks like little pine cones. The rest, LOL, was making me very, very hungry. Beautiful work my dear Scrum.
An awesome way to improve the Dutch Baby pancake would be to put a layer of cream cheese spread before the fruit then pour pure Canadian maple syrup over all then finsh with whipped cream.
Scrum, I grew up with an 'overwait' problem. They made me 'wait' for breakfast, they made me 'wait' for lunch; and made me 'wait' for dinner!!

I really like the Strawberry Dutch Boy Pancakes at the end. Apple or lemon traditionally, but these look amazing.
I'm just glad that this channel puts in the ingredient amounts instead of making you guess how much of each you're supposed to use. Like how are they going to label a video as a tutorial if it's basically just them showing you how they made it not teaching you how to make it.

Ah, I see they saved the best for last! German pancakes are a favorite at my house. I learned to preheat the oven WITH the cast iron pan inside and put the tab of butter in the pan at the same time you turn the oven on. This way the butter melts while you prepare the egg mil and flour mixture and you pour in into the pan (yes, still in the oven- you slightly pull the rack out with the pan on it). Keeping the pan in the oven. The entire time keeps the pan at an even temperature and hot, necessary for the recipe.
They must be absolutely delicious, but sooooo rich. On the other hand thank you for sharing and teaching some good cooking techniques, I will definitely make some of those but, in a light version...

I admire anyone who is strong-willed enough to watch this while on a diet and resist. Sincerely. I'm underweight but high triglycerides AND trying to cut out added sugars, so I shouldn't be watching this and here I am... And it's very difficult. 🤤

I have a family member who is that way, we used to joke that he would use every dish, pan, and utensil to make a can of soup! No, honestly everything that he made was so delicious that we didn't mind all getting together to clean up the kitchen and wash the dishes after.

Just going to say that that giant Yourshire pudding..batter thing at 12mins...is delicious served with cream or icecream and Golden syrup (been eating it like that for decades!!) I suspect just as good with maple syrup :)
