​@PerfectDark0 I always assumed he didn't level vigor because he is relying on his team to draw aggro so he just dumped all his points into faith. I could be wrong tho

So the boss fights at this point is pretty much just James choosing to lose on purpose to give the team a chance to fight the boss. If not all the boss fights would just be one and done first try.

Black flame in multiplayer really is op lol. I guarantee you he's doing 70-80% of the damage in these boss fights

Someone please tell me if James eventually starts using the Flame Shrouding Cracked Tear and the Fire Scorpion Charm. He could be disintegrating bosses with a black flame build but he’s so badly optimized

@@tkshine But where I am in the vods, he’s hard carrying. BLDRs is just as badly optimized as James. Like he was saying he wasn’t doing enough damage with the Bloodhound Fang. Without James they wouldn’t even have killed a lot of the bosses they fought

It wouldn't have the impact you'd think it would. The reason he's doing so much damage is because the black flame debuff deals percentile damage, meaning the fact that enemies have 4x the health is negligible. You can't buff the damage from the debuff, only the projectile damage.

@TheInvertedDonkey technically he is depending on which other ones you do, you need a certain amount of great runes to unlock leyndell, so you could beat the others instead and skip either radahn or rykard most likely

James is the only reason I want to play this game, I've played and beaten most of the Souls games and hated most of them, but he makes this game seem so genuinely fun

Okay, so I don’t want this to come off badly James. I just feel like you and these people you’re playing with have very different ideas on what’s supposed to be happening. They seem sour in almost every video of this series, to the point where some sound like they’re not even having fun. Yet you try to keep it lively and mysterious to everyone involved. I don’t know, maybe i’m biased for how long i’ve been watching your stuff, but they just seemingly cannot riff with your sense of humor. Nonetheless, look forward to seeing you play the rest.

@@fulrocker890 dont listen to other people. its not just a “you” thing. back when james played with other people, they all had unique personalities and could make you laugh without trying. now its the guys who all sound the same, make the same jokes, play the same game for YEARS straight. its gotten stale, but im glad james is happy or atleast seems to be
