Forget it. We don't have the money; and, even if we could colonize Mars, there would be rioting and protests over who goes. (Ray Nagin, former Mayor of New Orleans and currently a jailbird, would demand a "chocolate planet.")

As a retired helicopter flyer of 50 years experience and having completed 562 days off the surface of our planet, my opinion is, I am stunned. This science this adventure these pictures leaves me speechless. I remember the broadcast sound of the USSR's and man kinds first orbits with no real science other than a ping ping sound. Sputnik. Then this on another planet .. Mind blowing. What will my children see in another 70 years??? How I wish I knew..thanks for this documentary.

When I saw they had put some fabric from the wing of the Wright Brothers Flyer on the little mars chopper, I was thinking how shocked the Brothers would’ve been had someone been there at Kitty Hawk the day of that 1st flight & told them where a piece of that wing would end up in 118 years. This is the stuff that gives me hope, when so many other aspects of mankind’s nature do not.

At 4:13 you talk about Perseverance running at full speed on Sol 200 using auto-nav. and say this "demonstrates just how far the rover can traverse in a single Sol". So.... how far did it drive? Ok, I couldn't wait for an answer. On the NASA website it says "548 feet (167 meters)" for Sol 200. Wow!

Камни развалин имеют острые края, не подверженные ветровой эрозии. Другие камни и породы сильно повреждены ветровой эрозией- практически отполированы, края сглажены..
