well, in my opinion, j islands are being used by loads of people, but they dont know that j islands only good when you have more def towers around ur main buildings, so the void and assassins wont teleport up to any near of ur main buildings and swipe those out. and its easier for the aa, archer towers to clear out drakes and ancient when theres no teleport stuff running around , it feels like the hill is too low, like u can reach anywhere when u get onto the stair section of the j islands . on the other hand, the h island is a more viable option to def, u can hide ur low hp but has a huge damage like wl right at the stair, but on the j, it just get wipe by void, assassins, ancient... its hard to say by comments, thats all i can say rn, just my experience when playing this game. If u have any opinions, let me know below. sry for the bad English =)

You right, J island is offering more good in term of defense, i often lose againts enemy with J island more than H island.

I've been _traumatized_ by the H Island so I have a certain bias towards it.

How do you train with yourself

Im not so sure about the bombs . . . you can drop paratroopers on them and they got activated and explode without dealing any damage. This can be done before any other unit deployment.

Go to city hall and keep generating random island till you get it

There’s something wrong at 1:47 , I had wasted almost 20k gems just to find a H island with city hall lv9 then I asked my clan mates and I got to know that it must be lv10 to find it randomly.

Spending 20k on an island is too much. City hall level 9 is indeed correct.

Idk why but when I got the city hall lv 10, I had spent just some of gems ( about 400 gems ) , already I got the H island.

go to your island, go to your city hall and select train icon near the bottom left of your screen. You may have to be at a certain level to see the train screen -can't remember

What determines how much gold and wood you lose when you’re island gets raided? I feel like I’ve been getting shellacked lately and I don’t know why?

I recommend u a tip , when u start a new day-game , after completing all the tasks/matches u should use them up ( gold use for recruiting troops, wood use for upgrating walls , city hall…) , then when u get raid , u won’t lost any gold/wood but just lost some rank points. I’m using those tips to save my fortune in the best possible way.

It goes off how much gold you have in your inventory! That’s why I don’t bother to save up gold beyond 160k overnight

I think once it goes over 40 or 50k, you start to lose about a 1000 coin per defeat. If you save up over 100-200k that's when you start losing a 10 and 20k per defeat.

@@azbeast1 I'm afraid to to be attacked once I get over 50k, I am quick to claim rewards and get it up to 160k so that I can make a purchase and get it back down to zero.

@@tonyetzu you’re better off just waiting until you have 160k every time. As long as you’re not getting offline for hours a time with more than like 200k, you’re fine. People, like me, will go looking for the people who I can attack that will earn me around 18-23k. If you get off with 50k, you’ll only lose around 3500-5000 gold anyways.

How much wood is the limit per day? I used to get my wood at level 3124, but when i moved forward to the next chapter, hoping for more woods, there suddenly appears a message that wood limit was reached.

1.2mil is the wood cap currently. Rumor is they're increasing it. It takes about 350 runs on Nightmare 4000 to get wood cap. You'll hit gold cap before that with Rogues.

Go to your City Hall (Your island where you change defense, not actual building) and there is a button that says "Train" close to the bottom left.

Runestone doesn't accelerate construction time, that would be insane, it accelerates construction speed, why would you want to increase the time it takes by 2 or 4 times!!!! lol

These islands are too OP and need a nerf. The only way I could defeat them is by having mostly air units with drakes and dragons. But now with the anti-air thing there's no way..

When on an attack one's army has 36 different type of troops(from 6 boats). But on defence, it depend on what island you choose but the H as well as the J island has only 29 troops available for us(since 3 square is used for the main building as well as 4 square is used up by the stairs, we cant place unit on stairs.) So that's some advantage for the attacker.
