9 Digital Bone Conduction Headphones - Great for Beginners

Ғылым және технология

9DIGITAL Lite/N1 bone conduction Bluetooth headphones deliver audio straight to your auditory nerves via your cheekbone instead of your outer ears. The open-ear design allows you to hear what is going on around you, keeping you connected and aware of your surroundings. It's safer than traditional earbuds and over-ear/on-ear headphones, and perfect for running, hiking, cycling, and gym workouts.

Your video presentations keep getting Better & Better & Better ... FYI: Last night I just ordered my first pair ... to test out (I believe that I'll upgrade, in the future) but wanted to test the new technology IRL

Hello, very informative. Would you mind doing an updated Top3 as you add new BC headphones?

With bone conduction the sound goes immediately to the inner ear. Hearing problems coming from the middle ear or ear drum will disappear. I have one bad ear. Normally I only hear on one side. With bone conduction headphones I hear music on both ears.

This headphone looks very similar to Shokz, it is just an entry-level product, and its waterproof level is not high, which will limit its usage scenarios. I guess it can only be used in a few scenarios such as running. For those who want to have headphones that can be used for underwater sports, you should choose the Wissonly Hi Runner, which has a waterproof level of IPX8, making it suitable for use in running, swimming, hiking, boating, surfing, cycling and other scenarios

Could you COMFORTABLY wear a true Wireless ear bud in one ear while wearing the BC Headphones in ideal position? 2nd. How much audio is leaked out or able to be heard by people near you with the BC headphone? Thanks for your time and effort

Yes you definitely can wear a TWS bud at the same time. As for the audio leakage, at the highest volume I doubt anyone near you could make out what you're listening to. All they'd hear is noise.

No! You can do much better for movies if you go with in-ear monitors or over-ear headphones. I generally don't recommend bone conduction headphones for enjoying movies unless you absolutely need them. Star Wars deserves the best audio experience!

Thanks for that feedback. I'm still trying to figure out the best approach to editing these videos. Odds are I'll forgo music but my next video that will publish tomorrow will have music too. I doubt I'll do it again.

I recently found your channel, go YT algorithm, and I enjoy your style. I even purchased the touchbone X14s on your recommendation. I skipped the pair you feature here because you said they were "terrible" in the video where you recommended the X14s (Video ID L53NRfHwHzE, posted Feb 3rd 2022) I guess my question here is what changed your mind, the EQ settings? If that's the case, could you share the settings from the app? Even a screen shot of the settings would be helpful to get started. Additionally, a hat tip or some kind of recognition that you've reviewed these before would've been nice. A side-by-side comparison of the link provided with the link provided in the other video shows they have the same chip, same battery, same model name, same weight, same everything. The only difference is the first available date. I suppose it's possible these are "version 2", but without a tech sheet or the OEM website to back it up that's nearly impossible to check. Anyway, just some feedback from a fan. I hope you don't take it poorly. FWIW, I will still pine over the Shocks openrun pros that a friend let me borrow for a weekend to test. They're still the best of everything I've tried, but agree with you that for the price, there has to be a reasonable alternative.

The EQ was really the biggest difference between the first time I tried them and now. Also, as much as I love how the Touchbone X14s sound, I prefer the form factor of these and the iKanzis and Touchbone DG08s. I'll upload a Shorts video of the EQ settings to show my preferences. I really do appreciate the feedback! I didn't realize the Lite model and N1 we're the same until I was coming up with the title, after I finished the video. But I definitely get your point and will confirm those kind of details in the future. Thanks again!
