Its true parmanenet happiness and peace sprouted from within inner own self lovw affection compassion releasing all ilnees of jelous,greed sefishness,anger duality etc and mostly we can receive parmanent happiness through practicing Buddha practic of vipasna 🙏

1:48:08 That's why in Bhuddhism, it is said that it is very difficult to be born as human beings because only humans has potential to change the course of future which is very limited to other sentient beings. However, that doesn't mean Animals don't have good quality. For example, big fish like Grey Whale, this fish also save Humans from other fish like sharks. It seems, Questioner is bit confused about the word Karma. In Bhuddhism, it is whatever action you do, not some kind of pre-determined set of results.
