£36 for one person is an absolute steal, credit to the owners

Don't think it would do four people but for two it would be amazing. It's clean and tidy. It's REAL Spanish - the old town makes it a bonus. Just the sort of place I'd want to stay. ❤

Him saying its for 4 ,must be a joke .Anyway for one or two its a decent place for the price .

We all love a bit of luxury but this is a little gem. I'd be happy to stay there for a week or 2 at that price.

Brilliant for a solo traveller on a short stay, great vid.

If you only going to be there for a few nights that's ok you probably won't use the kitchen because you may be eating out the only thing you would use is the kettle maybe get some supplies in like tea coffee milk that sort of thing you can't grumble at £9 a night

Paul, what a lovely apartment. So very clean, love thee tiles. Thought the ensuite was quite big, nice large shower. Just the thing for a group of young ppl. Very impressed.👍

Spotless and well equipped (love the pretty tiles in the place) the price is unbeatable for the standard of everything. Benidorm is a great place to stay, Paul your video gives people an opinion on where you stay but you do get some gems and off course some stay away places. Always been a firm favourite of mine with the family and good on you. All the best pal. Love benidorm 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍⚽️🏖

Good review as usual. One thing extra to consider covering a little more in depth is showing the actual tv and accessibility to the hdmi at the side or back. Because most families will bring their Firestick tv/ android device and some hdmi ports on TV's are very tricky to access with a tv flat to the wall for example. And while on the subject maybe a wifi speed test on your phone?.

Great apartment in beautiful, quaint Spanish surroundings. Wow. All for that price. Puts it into perspective when you probably spend double that on the prison in Llandudno. And people wonder why Brits choose to go abroad

With 2 single beds the room is only meant for a maximum of 2 people to stay in not 4 and to suggest 4 people could stay in it paying £9 a night is a ridiculous statement to make.

at the end of the day they are charging £36.00 per night for the room...they could of put a blow up bed in the wardrobe then says it's for 5...how are you supposed to watch tv when the tv is right above the sofa...for me, this is just suitable to sleep, and to get washed and changed... definately not for 4.

There is a roof top area you can use

I did not notice a TV set. It does not bother me but I sometimes leave a news or music channel on.

I don't think £100 a night is unreasonable for 4 people given the location and what your getting for your money. Most folks I'm sure would be happy to stay there you can eat out or cater for yourself you just need to bring some coffee/tea and toiletries that will hardly break the bank and most folks would take them anyway. This is another first class vlog telling it how it really is.
