They're fun as hell my buddy has one but insurance charges a lot more for SI's than regular civics because they're "sports cars" to them.

@@malekiecunningham8297you can do FBO and you will be pretty much safe. My si has 100k miles on it now other than the injectors crapping it's beeen pretty solid still on my stock clutch lol

@@malekiecunningham8297 It depends on what you're looking for. If you want a car for purely power/performance, the 8th gen has so many mods available both used/new, and has one of the best platforms for beginners and anyone else. I had a 10th gen, but you really need a lot of money to hit 300whp reliably. The clutch is weak, but it handles amazing. All i had done to mine was ktuner, springs, swaybar, light wheels and tires and I loved it. It was also a great daily, comfortable seats, pretty good sound system, and it looks sexy. But i really want to build a car, and after mine got totaled im now going for a turbo 8th gen build and hopefully tomorrow Ill have one to start my turbo build.

Definitely header and 3 inch exhaust. N1 or skunk 2 but will be really loud and droning.

Don’t waste your time with bolt ons and just go forced induction, fbo on these cars doesn’t get you shit! Save your money up for a turbo kit or SC kit

Old setup was Indivia header with 2.5 inch Indivia n1 exhaust. Now I have the 3 inch ktuned exhaust(discontinued)
