These kinds of videos are nice. I am a college educated artist and enjoy watching them. They put artistic expression in the hands of people who may believe they cannot create art at all. And the techniques are adaptable to other things besides flowers. I will be experimenting with rubber bands for texturing ideas.

As a RN for life from decades, and a super hard-core jock that has had to overcome many different injuries, caused the paralysis or muscle wasting in areas and I refuse to give up just always figure out a new way to do some thing just like all of my patients have that have had strokes or whatever you learn how to adapt and I’m so happy that you found this and this by beautiful too right is amazing. It is so amazing how simple it is and it just looks like you would never be able to do it unless you were one of the top and 5% of artist right so please do this and share it with everybody that does like occupational therapy or any medical healthcare personnel fitness person that you run into. We are always looking for ideas for a therapy for people to relearn things cause some people have a harder time than others, not giving up on themselves and just becoming addicted drug people that just don’t have a life at all. They’re just always waiting at doctor or pharmacist for my all kinds of my medicine and that doesn’t help anything. It’s very sad it’s not life at all.

Do try. I started out fifty years ago playing with paint on paper and then tried Frederick's canvas boards. This is a beautiful idea one could learn fom. I am going to try it. I think this may have been painted on a coat of acrylic that was painted on a tile. I can't tell for sure. There are usually inexpensive boards or board backed canvases at craft stores.

Add water little by little to the acrylic paint to adjust the viscosity. It makes it like a consistency similar to dilute honey. Because not all acrylic paints have the same viscosity, I mix them this way. Thank you ❤

Question… It looks like u dried that white fluid before dragging the loaded rubber band… But then it looks like it needs that white fluid to be moist to aid in the flow…?..

A torch was used to remove air bubbles. The base paint did not dry. : )

The music is beautiful, thank you. I find it so distasteful that people find the need to complain , are they making videos to inspire the rest of us? My guess is no. Turn the volume off if you can't handle it.
