@@CORZER0 No doubt it will run, but when he goes to replace the CPU or replace the cooler when he takes it off some of the thermal paste would have been pushed off the sides of the Processor and heat sync. But its still a beast PC lol

That was at least double what it needed for sure. Tests were done with transparent material and the X alone performed near perfectly in even coverage of the whole space. Increasing that amount will just make a mess, like too much batter in a waffle iron

It's not too much, thermal paste doesn't negatively affect heat transfer unless it's caked layers thick. you just want coverage
