Flip cup pour
For this flip cup pour, I used 60% glue and 40% water as my pouring medium. I used Chroma Molten Metals gold, copper and silver and Artist Loft black and white. The Chroma paints are quite thin so I had to mix them 2 parts paint to 1 part pouring medium.

It's beautifully rich. I usually like the lighter paintings, but this is just striking with the jewel colors and black. Great experiment! Cannot wait to see swipes with these. And the two dried paintings that you showed in the beginning of the video are stunning. Love your work! Thank you! Stay safe!

I do wish more of the gold showed through, I can see the copper and the silver easily, just not much gold. God bless and may His peace be with you!

Some people use other oils, from things like WD40 to coconut oil. Also people use rubbing alcohol or dish soap. You can find videos on youtube with people trying the different options, and sometimes comparing them.

I would love to use these paints but unable to find them in the U.S. There was plenty a year ago, should of bought them then, darn. I'm wondering if they will no longer be available in the U.S. since everyone has been out of stock for over 6 months. They are so beautiful, loved how some of those cells turned out, especially the one corner with a bunch of tiny ones and the ones outlined with white paint. Thanks Julie, really enjoyed this Video.

My ready to pour paint is still on the thick side and k usually give it a thinning recipe. Of course I'm a newbie so maybe i shouldn't mess with the consistency. I've just applied what I've gathered from multiple pourers and concluded it was too thick.

You're way to critical on yourself sometimes. This is great!! I love how the one side pulled more black and the other half pulled more white. Like a split pour but unintentionally. Also welcome to the world of resin! I've worked with it 10 yrs now. It's got a personality and a temper lol but makes so many gorgeous things.
