Outwardly attractive, but an off-putting layout. The full bath which empties out into the living room is bizarre, not to mention the walk through master bedroom that leads to yet another walk through bedroom. On the other hand, the garage space is a big plus, the decks are vast and the exposed heavy beams and woodwork in the upper bedrooms look great.

Wood work looks very cheaply done and the staging is absolutely horrible. great work showing though!

Wood boards for retaining walls? The layout is disgusting. It's a teardown. The only nice thing about it is the creek, but then your down stream of the a$$ hole neighbors and them pissing in the creek.
