First, oil level is checked only at engine idling. There is no level for stopped engine. Ur oil looks more like necessary to change.

These a442f transmissions are pretty bomb proof. Most issues are caused by a bad solenoid which is super easy to r&r

Mine has slight flare during lockdown about 100rpm from 3rd down to 2nd. Have also noticed it with no load going downhill around a rhs corner. Fluid not to dirty bout same as yours. Would that be a solenoid?
