Speaking of "peanut" allergy. - It's always invigorating to hear something different from what was actually said. I'm sometimes amazed at how TV commercials disparage their product instead of praising it. Only weeks later do I suddenly understand what they're really saying.

I'm almost 69 and enjoying life more now than I ever have age is only a number stay active and enjoy life and let God take care of the rest😊

This gentleman still feels young.

That guy is proof that chronological age is just a concept. Our biological age is what determines how much of a quality life we will have as we grow older. However, that requires work; eating healthy, exercising our body AND mind, and focusing on a positive rather than negative mindset, among many other things. Never be afraid of growing old, focus instead on the increase in wisdom that grows and makes life with all its challenges easier to tackle and enjoy.
