Marge Champion was Katey Sagal’s stepmom. She married Katey’s dad in 1977 and was widowed when he died in 1981.

Doing some Googling, this appears to be from the 1984 Emmys.
We have no idea. But back in the day there were variety "hours" and this seems to be a segment from one of them. But even in the 80s they were sort of phased out.
This can't be from the 70's...they mentioned "Thriller" and that was from 1983

It's not inthe 70s, it's in the 1980s, an awards ceremony for dancing.
well it was good to see that dance has evolved and so has the clothes that we wear as dancers. very cool anyway
