Love the jingle of TV Worth Watching, December 1986 is the month where some 92 PBS stations across the country including my own station: KPBS San Diego conducted the December 1986 Pledge Campaign with pledge breaks while various other PBS stations across the nation conducted pledge-light, pledge-free and quiet on the set pledge drives but WITHOUT Pledge Breaks, Ringing Telephones, or Program Delays or Pie Charts From Friday December 5th through Tuesday December 16th, 1986, TV Worth Watching and TV Worth Paying For!!
