I always wanted one of those cassette deck thin Sony Walkmen when I was over there but couldn't afford it as I was a teenager with no job kept hoping they would make it to America but we never made it past the huge clunky ones before Discman CD players came on the market :(

I finally found out what it is After extensive research on google I found Jaro stands for Japan Advertising Review Organization Basically it's a company you call if you have questions or complaints about a product that was advertised

The Artist is shizuka kudo . The Song is called Mugo. shizuka kudo not only sings the song but Is also the girl in the commercial .
