There has been an increase in European emmigration in the last few years. Many are coming here to South America. This is generally due to the war in Ukraine, concerns about uncontrolled immigration, and economic reasons. Not many Americans come here compared to Europeans. I guess most Americans choose to stay close to the States and move to Mexico, or somewhere in Central America.
I was in Ukraine until Jan 9th, 2022. The US Embassy had been encouraging Americans to leave for weeks. My Ukrainian lamguage teacher scoffed at this and was mostly annoyed at how this was affecting currency exchange rates. Covid was surging again, it was cold, and I had a bad stomach upset for 2 weeks, just feeling weak. Decided I didn't want to catch Covid before potential war so I went to nearby Georgia. I caught Covid there instead and did not get stuck!

@@Johnny_Utah Well who knows what will happen! Some people say that many of the people coming over our southern border are not just the usual Meso/South Americans looking for work - there are now lots of Syrian and Afghan young men (not families) and Chinese people coming in! So perhaps we are being infiltrated with people with foreign loyalties. And maybe we are being weakened and divided by a decades long drug dependency on southern and global drug supply. You could also argue that global corporate interests and NGOs have undermined the sovereignty of many nations including ours. Lots of ways to fight a war, and we are not as healthy and unified as a nation as we used to be.

You're never escaping unless you're the direct friend/family of a really high ranking person or the high ranking person themselves. So unless you have tons of money AND influence, you're either dead, in jail, or in the war. It's better to hide in plain sight than actively look for a hiding spot.
In times of chaos, fear is rampant. The psychopath does not have empathy like "normal" people. They do not get worked up when the herd around them is panicking. They don't react the same way. This is why you see them in positions of power. Eventually, psychopaths need to create chaos because those are the situations where people look to them for leadership. However, they tend to create infrastructures and situations that make it difficult to kick them out of power once people give it away.

I don't know why I watch this channel, I'm too poor for any of this to be practical for me to carry out (only 5 figures in savings, lol). Still good advice to know, but if anything it just makes me feel more stuck because I can't just get a residency through a Golden Visa or anything else tomorrow if I want to. I definitely want to leave my country if it doesn't change drastically soon, though (I'm Canadian, wish me luck). Thanks for what you do! If you ever have any advice for those of us who aren't HNWI (I know your business is all about that and you don't owe us anything), I'm sure a lot of us would be really grateful to you for any advice (if there's any to give, maybe there's just nothing to do until one is well-off, oof).
what's your take on Austria as option?

Take a map of Europe and draw two lines. 1. Rostock-Trieste. 2. Hamburg- Venice. If the conflict escalates, it will quickly lead to the formation of these two lines of defense. Most likely, the conflict will end on these two lines. and everything in between will look like a radioactive desert with a non-evaporating corpse smell. Where are you going? To Austria?

@@AquariumRuss Vienna is not within those lines, but I would think as soon as there is nuclear radiation, it is still too close. I am from Austria but I am in Finland currently. I thought Austria is at least a neutral country while Finland just joined Nato and shares a border with Russia, maybe Russia's 'backyard' is not as important though. but I am sure as soon as there is any bigger war with Russia, Nato will want to use Finland as well.
What if you dont have any surplus money at the moment as I imagine the majority of the general population can familiarise with?

I wouldn't worry. The next technology phase will emerge within the next decade that will resolve all the issues with debt, power dynamics, and political-social cohesion.

I hear you talk a lot about investment citizenship and that's good. However, I'm disabled and My husband was laid off a year ago. So after buying a house and a bit over a year living off savings, there is no way we could pay or invest to get a place to go if needed. I feel no country is going to want to take in someone like me who can't buy my way in even with my husband being a talented Tradesman and a very high IQ allowing him to learn and master new things very quickly. Are there other roads into obtaining a resident permit or 2nd citizenship? I wouldn't normally ask this, but took a chance as my autoimmune disease causes my body to attack my muscles during sustained periods of high stress. I do not feel very safe here and need a way out if needed to prevent a crisis that sends me to a hospital or worse. Probably not, but if there is a way without requiring gobs of money up front it would give me great peace.

Greetings from Nicaragua Nice people But managua hot as he11 37c Food expensive here ! Higher than philippines La colonia supermarket very nice Has everything many imported products much nicer than any supermarket ive seen in philippines But very expensive Example 2 liter orange juice from usa, $11 Local orange juice 1 liter is $1.90 Saw couple of places selling whole bbq chickens and were 8 dollars In philippines they go for about 4.50. Gasoline about same price as philippines I don't know about land houses electricity A shave cost 3 dollars in philippine 1 dollar Seems like more concern with security houses with concertina wire and electric fences everywhere thats not common in philippines But i feel safe walking around Poverty misery about same as philippines Filipinas freindlier healthier looking Here Havent seen one good looking woman so far I speak fluent spanish so no problem But i would prefer philippines to retire to
Peter Thiel has a property in New Zealand and has gotten New Zealand citizenship
What about Philippines
I’m thinking Guatemala if shit hits the fan in the west
But please do not listen to me as way too many foreigners have been relocating here to Buenos Aires and is driving up rental prices yet keeping retail and gastronomy alive.
I love your channel! You’re doing God’s work! I’m plotting on leaving America as we speak
