By sticking to the truth, and don't be afraid to expose and unmasked them where it hurt the most with their society friends they thought would defend them on the onslaught. They are bullies but when you defend yourself with their lies, they have nobody to protect them, but actually shamed them with their actions. They will run away ashamed. You don't need to be violent, just stick to the truth. It never fails.

Being a superempath is a blessing. Always use it to help others, and for sure life will be wonderful. Even how hard you gonna see it when dealing with a narc, eventually you can get over it. A narc are weak, they have a lot of insecurities, low self-esteem. And only a superempath can set an narc to be silent. 😂

You take what they think is your biggest fear and enjoy it in front of them.

I went super nova, so the narcissist in my life stalked me and made attempts to psychologically harm me. Gaslight tortured me and hacked me, and had my mother who also suffers from npd to help with it all. Because exposing the narcissist is dangerous. It can lead to them trying to kill you to protect their way of life or their reputation they build and fabricate

I had a strange effect on my father, when I was little. He was rarely abusing me and my mother fiscally, but mental and emotionaly we were a mess. But when I was alone with him, even if he tried to manipulate and hurt me....after a short while he couldn't continue, sometimes he just stayed there, not looking me In the eyes and just....go in another room, or go outside. It was such a high pressure in him, that when he had to predate my mother, he had to take her in another room. He was so scared of me seeing him do his things. Things changed after I grew up. When a child begins to form his personality, that means he begins to form his ego too. And that's what they are after. Because hurting your ego, especially when you are young, will make you react emotionally. Stay strong people, belive in your guts, and educate yourselfe. Everything this video just said is spooky accurate, I'm a heyoka empath, we are born into the world backwards both literally and spiritually. I am with a partner I'm currently removing from my life bc he thinks he can toy with me emotionally, manipulate me, lie to me, cheat on me, and physically abuse me, I won't abandon my morals but I frequently mirror back the bad behaviors he engages in, so if he wants to smack me around, he gets it right back and then plays victim after... I'm used to this kind of thing bc I was brought up around it but I don't like being that person, so instead of continuing this toxic cycle he wants to keep me trapped in, I am now involving my landlord to get him removed. Until it's exposed, I have no choice but to keep thinking I'm right. Here it is: If empaths are kind-hearted, why do they treat the narcissist in the most cruel way possible, instead of just defending themselves without causing unnecessary harm? Narcissists have good hearts; the world left them with no other option than to build up a hard shell. For kindness to prevail, the empath must love the narcissist and care for what's under the shell, so that the narcissist gains inner strength and doesn't need the shell anymore. Empaths know that narcissists have good hearts, yet choose to make them misunderstood. They know that narcissists need love the most desperately, and they intentionally leave them out. To empaths, kindness is supposed to be phony. Kindness that goes all the way, and loves every dark corner of a person's heart, is called "inappropriate" by empaths. Empaths can hurt narcissists gracefully and effortlessly, and because of that image, they deceptively seem kind-hearted. @@DawnshieId I don't even know how to wrap my head around what you just said. It sounds like you have a perspective completely opposite of what the reality is. Idk any empaths that do what you are saying, my mother was the biggest empath I knew and she was nothing like that. They aren't cruel, they mirror back the reflection of what narcissists do to others to show them how it feels. I am not condoning anyone's right to be cruel, regardless of circumstance so I won't even defend another empath for that, and if you're encountering empaths that do that, they aren't really empaths. Granted, I have had to mirror my abuser to show him his own reflection, bc I lived under his abusive nature too long and it seemed my only way to defend myself bc he never wanted to leave, only continue abusing me. As far as narcissists go, narcissists have no excuses to hurt others regardless of their hearts being turned cold, we all suffer the world and horrible ppl, I have never met a narcissist who had a heart, only pretended to have one to garner sympathy from others and get their guards down. My truest nature is not to be cruel, I hate myself when I have to mirror them back to themselves, so I try not to get to that lvl. But I will not apologize for doing what I need to to show a narcissist they don't have a right to abuse me. I will never condone a person claiming to be an empath and then harming others. But I will also not condone a narcissist using whatever tactics they use to harm others either. A true empath would rather escape a bad situation than have to mirror a reflection back, it hurts us in our spirit too much, but sometimes it feels like our only defense, especially if an empath cannot escape bc they feel hostage to a prison the narcissist has put them in. Idk if that helps, but I hope you find peace in your own perspective. I can only share what ik from experience n that perspective is not my experience, it's the opposite. But maybe you have met too many ppl claiming to be empaths when really they were wolves in sheep's clothing. N sometimes, a narcissist's greatest weapon is convincing others they're the victim and twist reality to their own benefit... The world is a confusing and baffling place to live in for us all though, so I just try to be better than I was yesterday, and keep moving forward with my own wisdom. sometimes those so called narc or narrassisrtic people are needed for our growth and development and understanding and finding real selves sometimes our abilities are stuck at a growth we cant control and here they come and help jump start it again and be our beaking our white light and show us how to stand up dust ourselves off and shine again and keep moving okay thats why im sick of you calling my twin flame well one of them a nassasstic jerk he was good to me he made me feel okay he made it possible for me to grow strong to pick myself up dust myself off do a full body synapsis and move forward he made me stronger for this he helped me find my voice find my courage find who i really am inside and i am proud to have him proud to call him my former elder brother joey and former babysitter by one of my working partners and someone i love no matter what romantically

I'm married 37 years to a decoy narc.i didn't know he lock me down for 4 kids .I'm the one working in my entire relationships. I carried all the burden I thought he's seeing me striving to the fullest and I care fory family .I warned him I can take everything but if there's woman involve I'm gone.he never answer and always missing in action .he's escaping like reading Bible , teaching bible in the church he lete work it seems he is not guilty of doing it For me enjoying working ,it's like self fullfillment but deep inside there's a hole and foggy towards my personal relationships with I wish on that time I want to divorce him and be alone It's very unfair that he doesn't do his job as a breadwinner of the family .Anyway time past I feel I have to go became restless andeyself started to feel is enough and rest for a while because my kids grown up and have their family there's no worry about Then the time I never do anything , I though he will take over me ,the mask slip off and I saw the true color and I saw his real one He's like a devil and all he says is like not connected .and I felt he's broken deep inside I started to plan to escape .it's hard but I did it Now is history the happiest person on earth when I ran away from.him - thank God I'm.out.- luv Susana

This was the comment I was looking for. Super empaths are possibly the last to bust someone at work. What is more accurate, is that a super empath will often be the only person who stands up to bullies. We can go super nova on a bully who is hurting another person. We promote and protect the moral code of society, not just for ourselves but for others. Policy is not the same as morality. Work-place policy is not something we use our empathy for, but we are very empathetic to injustices and employee mistreatment. They only time I busted someone at work was when he was stealing from the boss. The boss treated us all as family. This person was abusing and needed to be exposed. Also, the circumstance was that all employees were under investigation for the theft of one person . It was an injustice - more than just a policy violation.

My mom killed herself drunk driving. my ex narc wife before i broke up with her started doing the same thing just to hurt me. Not comming home driving around drinking. I told her long before how tramatic that was for me and she used it against me.

I appreciate this video so much is helping me and helping me to stay away but I grew up narcissism so I understand I did it myself but it's running because I admit the truth and I don't want to deny anything that I did but not the worst but follow the words and gas lighting and all that I tried all that and it's not a cool thing to behave and thank God these videos and thanks to y'all for these videos while standing videos I appreciate it thank you

I'm doing this just now with a guy crighton Mathers he's been using and abusing everyone and everything in his life deceiving and stealing in a covert way from people he calls friends,the way he just cuts of his wife when on the phone,this guy just changes the subject when you call him out on the things he's been covering up in his rat infested flats,he doesn't want to treat the dampness in his flats he just wants to hide it and cover it up, crightons got money but wants other people to pay or manipulate tenants into getting the work done themselves, horrible malignant little man with no conscience

I have no fear of narcissists after I understand their characters and skills to manipulate someone is kind to them. They are 3year old angry babies. They can lie, deny, yell, or project their negative feelings to others. Well, they can't solve problems or can't see reality and consequences. So they will fail by their own trap and karma will chase them. Do nothing or pay no attention is the best way to help them and ourselves. Then they will stop barking and we will enjoy quietness in peace.
