Be healthy, stop eat sugary product, and doing lot of walk daily, fasting is the best method and diets, it's can low your blood sugar and reduce hypertension (diabetes is the core of every disease, like heart attack, kidney failure, lung disease, hypertension, and etc). Basically anything you eat is what causes you live in torture, stop being glutton, and eat in moderation.

Do fasting, mostly diabetes and hypertension is the causes of every organs failure and disease, and fasting is the best method to reduce sugar level and hypertension. Doing lot of walk daily can help too.

I'm stage 4, bordering stage 5, and still have zero symptoms whatsoever. This can sneak up on you. Get your labs checked regularly. You may never know.

When i pee its dark brown then i drink cranberry juice all day before i sleep i see clear urine and less pain

Change the diet you can reverse…even from stage 4 people can recover…cut sugar,cut salt from diet less animal protein and exercise daily…
