I make a strawberry marshmallow salad that you mix the marshmallows with cool whip and yogurt combined with cheesecake mix. Let it sit overnight then add strawberries in the morning and it's so good because the marshmallows absorb the liquid and it gets fluffy.

I love homemade lemonade. I had Cucumber lemonade at a festival and I make it now. Just add a pureed Cucumber and strain the pulp. It's so delicious.

Great vlog Kim! Use salsa verde in place of the enchilada sauce. All those salads looked amazing. I have a Shoepeg corn salad that I make that is delish! You’re giving me some good ideas for side salads…. 💗

Kim when I make the fruit salad I put the whole box of pudding in.and then add juice from Mandrian Orangevale juice will absorb the pudding and it won't be clumpy from pudding.Also sometimes I use canned pineapple,Mandrian oranges,peaches,strawberries and grapes if you do it that way just put I can of juice from the fruit to start out.I put the rest in a cup and mix everything together to see if it needs more juice.If you put all the juice from all the cans of fruit it will be very soupy.I like to use French vanilla pudding sometimes it is delicious.If you make it ahead of time and let sit overnight I don't add the strawberries until the day it's going to be used so strawberries don't get mushy.I make this alot in the summer and it is always be a great hit.

My neighbors grow mint and it comes through my fence, it smells so good! They always apologize for it creeping through I tell them that's being great neighbors lol.
