I mean, yeah, but you cant just watch it get better. You can try to see how it is getting better and focus on these fragments of your life. But in the end, it is your life and you ALWAYS have the biggest role into improving it. For real, except if you have a degenerative illness, if you put all your will into making your life better, there's no way it wont get better. Also, you can find lots of help for multiple problems around you, you just have to open your eyes to small foundations

I TRULY wish my intuition wasn't as strong as it is, sometimes. I've seen every single toxic, subversive move that my ex has made while still trying to play the guise of wanting to be close and "caring" for me. I've seen my sisters abusive exes for who they are within 5 minutes of meeting them and had no one listen to me until a year or so in where everyone would finally start seeing the real person behind the narcissistic, sociopathic facade.

My moms friend is intuitive and empathetic. I only spent a few minutes with her, and I opened up completely

I feel when someone wants to talk to me but is hesitant,and I always pick on everyone's vibes. I literally just read a book about body language and discovered that I know half of it just by nature! It's a good thing but bad vibes sometimes will affect me too.

be aware on the negative spectrum trauma can cloud your intuition. Triggers vs Intuition. usually a whisper vs a scream. cleanse and then follow your intuition

@@susanciviletto7024 a therapist will best approach that. However, you can start practicing it yourself by learning resilience skills and positive psychology... Look up the course "Resilience Skills in a Time of Uncertainty" on Coursera and "School of Life" on KZread. These resources helped me a ton.

There’s a book called ‘from surviving to thriving’ - you can find it on Amazon. It has a lot of the information you need to guide your own recovery in there. Of course, it’s not the same as a therapist but it’s certainly more affordable!

I have done a lot of studying of the deepest most effective healing strategies and I have also developed them myself. When you say you are intuitive but you are probably not because... 1. 0:38 you are emotionally intelligent 2. 1:07 you are highly empathetic 3. 1:32 people open up to you You miss the first 3 points :/ You blame others because your lack of inteligence and empathy, but if nobody trusts you maybe you should try to figure out whats wrong with you?

@@joaquimramis4124 I don't blame them, I know I'm kind of a dick and how they get my words wrong but sometimes it's just extreme. I've tried to help people before even if it's outside my comfort zone and in the end they get mad at me Maybe it's just not me being not intuitive but rather just really bad at explaining my thoughts, or others just seem to have animosity against me by default. And in terms of opening up might just be my fear of intimacy, I'm working on that though, it's just that nobody wants to talk to me to actually demonstrate..

Not rare i'm in situation ppl won't talk and open to me, also they're not think my secret or what i'm feeling seriously when i talk to them. I'm still confused now. I know, they're know, i'm weird. Whether it's my words and actions. They're said "Be ur fucking self" to me. But they're also won't open and thought I joke with them when they're sad, even though I don't feel or think joking at all.

Knowing who to trust is so important, I wish I had developed this skill earlier so people wouldn’t have taken advantage of me

I am highly intuitive. And I can tell most people know this and hate to give me any credit for it. Because if I'm right about some things, then I could be right about the things that they don't want me to be right about.

Omg sameeee, though I have few friends that can understand me, and there are few of my friends who can't stand it when I'm always right about my intuition, I feel like they hated me for it because it knocks them out from their fantasies. Btw I've cut connections with that friend cauze I feel like she always wants me to say what she wants to hear and not what I want her to hear because it always ends up right and that right is not what she likes...

My emotions changes a lot in a day....

I always go with my gut for most things, sure I use my brain a lot but when things truly matter and there's no other way around them. I stick to my heart, also I love the Little Nightmares 2 easter egg.

I’ve ignored my gut instinct a couple of times, every time I’ve regretted it. Now I trust it 😊

I lost 8 years once I ignored them.

If I was in an RPG, my intuition would be 8/10 minimum. It's hard finding compatibility because I've picked up on things in women even they didn't know they were doing and red flag meters get alarmed.

Maybe you could stop worrying about the women and turn your intuition to yourself instead. Everyone has things they can work on. It's easier to change yourself than others. Maybe you will find more compatibility that way.

Wow so I learned something new with #3, I always wondered why people felt so close to me so fast and didn't know why just thought it was kind of warming. 😊 I related with all 8! It's always nice to meet other empaths as well. Playing Devils advocate.... That's soo stressful and exhausting sometimes. Always worth it to me if it helps though. Thanks for the knowledge! 💛

I have all the signs, I use my intuition occasionally, but I want to listen to it more often and yes I get strong gut feelings where I can physically feel the effects.

it took me many years to learn not to ignore my intuition. Whenever I did so, things went pear shaped in a hurry. The last few decades I have used my intuition, things have gone much smoother.

I hear you. My marriage was much about codependency and fear of being alone for me. But without this choice, my child would not exist and I don’t regret having them - plus many years in my marriage was happy companionship at the beginning. After 21 years together I couldn’t take it anymore, when we had just really gone on drastically different life journeys… so you know - nothing left to glue it. But if I’d listened to my gut in the first place, we wouldn’t even have stayed together, let alone be married.

I was today years old when I found out there's a name for a big part of my personality. I've been through a rough path lately, but this discovery gave me so many more answers that I've been looking for, it actually feels like a game changer for my life. I've tried to ignore my gut feeling and that's the reason things went to sh*t in the first place.

People always tend to open up to me very early on and its really humbling, overwhelming sometimes yet very special and makes me doubt if i am worthy of being confided in haha. I never feel good enough. I somehow figured this when I took the Meyers Briggs test and got INFJ-T, but I didn’t quite realize how much of a superpower my intuition is. For the longest time I always believed in my gut feelings about things and I constantly just watched people. I developed a sense of creativity that I never realized I had and I love nature and the sense of wonder of our universe. I’ve noticed that I get a long with people very well and very quickly and I feel a strange but quick connection almost right away to some people. I almost always know how someone is feeling. It actually feels a little uncanny sometimes with this power that I have. I can’t ever really turn it off

Best idea, feel your intuition and think where does it come from. That way you have the intuition and the reason to trust it and a reason for others to trust it. It's important to think about why do I feel that way, you'll learn so much from yourself.

WOW....1st time...I've been on target for every point !! I understand it 'all'.......Amazing...... !!! I trust my 'gut' more so than what may be written...I wait and sure enough...the truth is what I thought. I also 'know' what is about to 'happen'...OR I 'feel' the 'need' to find/pay for/take a certain free item, even something of mine and within a 'day' ...a person is actually 'needing' that 'exact' ...item....It was strange, but now I know that whatever it is I feel ..will eventually come to fruition....

I have a strong intuition and I am a strongly intuitive person I have been that since little. And some friends and other people were so jealous of me because I am a very strong empath. People on the streets in Stockholm open up to me about something. I helped a person when something fall down on the ground. Or they needed guidance. I am glad when people tell me something that they visit a relative or they ask me for good advice.

This is why I struggled to find meaningful relationships, because I refuse to go against myself and I call women out on their bullshit early and one thing women hate is being caught in their own bullshit lol! I try to warn them upfront to always be honest with me and no games because I will know when they are dishonest and being fake, and everytime they don’t listen to me! And they just can’t bring themselves to face the fact that I’m right about them! I think it’s very amazing to have this gift I feel more connected with the Devine than most! I can see others darkest moments and feel what they went through and I don’t know how to explain i to them how I do. People are so comfortable opening up to me and when I listen to them speak they confirm everything I felt before they’ve ever said a single thing to me! Having this ability during this time of life is such a bad thing and a good thing. Most people rather live and lies than truth. The way the world is today people aren’t having many contact with people and they are staying away from a lot of people due to the virus and just that people are going wild in the world with killings and all that. I don’t trust people already and having this gift I really don’t give anyone a chance even when I feel they have the potential to be someone good if given the chance. I literally have one friend in this world and that friend is me! Everyone else has betrayed me or took me for granted and I’m just not going through that anymore, I still help people with my gifts that are struggling through life but I refuse to go against my better judgment to allow anyone to harm me! People show you their true self early you just have to pay attention and listen to their actions rather than their words! The dating world kinda sucks because I just see so many lost women and men in this world that everyone is just hurting each other there’s no love going on from either sides! We as humans have evolved into some terrible creatures and we are a huge problem for this earth. I’m here to maybe spread something for someone who’s reading this, just because the world is going wild and is displaying hate and evil feelings, be the opposite of that, spread love and good feelings and be a light for others! Then i try and calm down myself by sitting alone. But nobody can obstruct me from achieving my target. I will get what i aim for. If Lord Almighty is willing. I just recently ignored such heavy gut signals to which something soo precious was tied that they put me in a very dangerous psychological state. I'm recovering from this depression surprisingly good but struggle to trust my gut now and have stomach aches.

3:58 So my favorite color is dark purple not any purple, dark purple, so naturally i wanted to decorate my room dark purple so i got a purple bedspread but what no one sees is that my sheets, blankets, pillow, and covers are all dark purple so when I sleep its like being swallowed in a pit of purple and it's so calming to me😂
