As you say square, a person that went to school got a job and now he's wants to be in a biker club or start a club. And all they want to do is go to work come home be with the family and then on occasion ride out with the homies. They got jobs and they don't want to break the law. Will they look bad or put down in front of the other biker MC?

You like being prospect now…. But just wait to some stupid shit comes down the pipe. Man if I was young again; knowing what I know. I would just join military and ride for fun. You will get paid more in the end. And do a lot more fun shit in world; then be the gum on bottom of a shoe. And most clubes; if dude went to war and comes back with combat experience; doesn’t need to be a prospect, they get patch right off the bat. (Some groups anyway) and dumbest thing about being tied to MC. If they do anything dumb, you’re put right in the boat with them even if you weren’t with them at time. But good luck 🍀

Never had a scooter but I've hung around with a number of clubs. They accepted me for the man I am/was and never had and problems because I didn't have a bike. It's a life I'd never won't to live, but the bikers I've hung around with or met were some of the nicest men I've ever met. I would name clubs, but don't want to be that guy. Keep your two wheels grounded and be safe out there. I watch your channel often and it helps me relive my memories of when I rubbed shoulders with patched up guys. Peace and Love from Old Style! P.S. I'll turn 67 years old on May 14 this year,.

American motorcycle manufacturers have plants in Europe and Asia for the same reason Asian and European motorcycle manufactures have plants in the US, to avoid high import tariffs. They don't build them over seas just to import them back to the US with a tariff. Harley's and Indians sold in the US are still built in US, just like Honda's sold in Japan are still built in Japan. If you look very hard at any make of motorcycles very few are completely built 100% in their country of origin, they all pretty much buy different components from different countries and have manufacturing plants in different countries.

@@yertelt5570 I’m fully aware of all the outsourcing, my KTM 390 Duke is made in India and much of KTM’s components are made in China with the partnership they have with CFMOTO. I just don’t want to hear from those die hards about Harley being an American Made bike because they aren’t anymore. The first step is acceptance.

Never in my 43 of riding with clubs have I ever put my cut in a trunk and took it out in front of humans like I was ashamed of my club. Once and only once I had to have the only person in the world I told I trust take my cut home because I was going in the hospital and wasn't going to leave my cut unattended in the hospital room. That person was my wife. Yes I contacted the head Honchos and told them what was going on nearest brother was 5 hours away.

#GHOSTIN I got here first! Outrider for life, just because of what you said. I'll ride and hang around with anyone, but won't prospect or join. Personal choice, never had it questioned. Keeps me out of the politics and the trouble. When the clubs I've hung around with said "Club Business Time," that was always the cue to step away and catch em later. Be safe and think it through, make sure club life is the life you want.

I became good friends with a member of a local 1% club in the early 90's. He laid it out in no uncertain terms what club life was like. He decided to leave the club after being in it for over 20 years and doing 6 years in prison. A few months later was found dead with a gunshot wound in the back of his head. It was ruled a suicide as the police really didn't give a shit. To this day I believe he was murdered because he wanted to leave the club.

#ghostin I've seen the Bad Boy Image in small group rides. Guys who are normally quiet and low key, but as soon as they put on a leather vest and get a few buddies around them they are suddenly "bad a$$ bikers", strutting around, getting loud, trying to get people to ride in 2 x 2 formation, etc. This is why I rarely do any group rides any more, and when I do it's a small group, 4 or 5 guys max, and they are all people I've rode with before and I know don't get "instant tough guy syndrome" every time they throw a leg over a bike. Don't need to be part of any collateral damage because some wannabe suddenly thinks he's tough and mouths off to the wrong person.

In the chicago area ive seen predominantly white clubs with Latino members and spot holders (mainly Mexicans and puerto ricans). These same "predominantly white" clubs in florda have cubans and Brazilians too. Its tru about the keeping a functional bike and actually riding part. There will be days you are sick or hung over or tired from the night befor or tired from just getting out of work and you will have to be ready to ride and make it to functions/events/funerals ect. In all types of weather conditions. If you are married and/or have kids you are going to have to get used to giving up alot of your free time for the club.

I had 2 friends who went to prison for manslaughter because 1 of them told his girl all about what they did , she in turn went to the law . They both did 15 yrs in the Federal Prison system , because the guy they killed was done on federal land. So yeah keep your mouth shut. I'm not saying they didnt deserve to be in prison . Killing someone is just plain wrong unless its in self defense.

It used to be you had to have a Harley 1000 cc's or bigger. Back in the day there weren't many bigger choices. The Harley thing isn't a mandatory thing for areas out of the states that don't have a large surplus of them or it costs too much. Hence a cruiser or chopper style motorcycle of a 1000 ccs or bigger is acceptable.

The respect for colors makes sense. It's the symbol of the group, groups have cultural rituals. You'd fold a flag a certain way and respect it as such. Colors are the flag, in a sense, of an MC.

Hey SOSE 👋 I'm really glad you're willing to make videos like this!!! People really need to clearly understand these things. Even people who only want to hang around at the house because they like to party while having no prior understanding of even the most basic rules and or expectations of personal conduct... I've known people who got drunk at the Club House and ended up getting educated quick and hard and literally have absolutely no idea why it happened... 🤔 The best advice I can give anyone is simple... Understand that it's Not A Game or a Fantasy World, you will be held personally accountable for your actions, including the words that come out of your mouth!!! **P E R I O D** Literally 99% of people don't have the ability to live this lifestyle or even participate within and around it... 🤔 😳 Just Sayin'🤬

It's not about hating rules. This has always been the misconception of 1% clubs. It's about that not ALL rules apply. It was primarily started with road rules (aka driving laws) some states require (mandate) skid lids (aka helmet) as a 1%er why mandate I have to wear a helmet? do u wear a helmet when u drive your car? when u drive your car, do u wear your mandated seatbelt? Most do not wear their seatbelt, yet they want to have issues with bikers (or at least the 1%ers, and they don't realize that they are no better and also a 1%er for not wearing that safety device). All MC's have rules, yes, even 1% MC's, but they are called 1% by law due to the fact they beleive not all rules apply to them !!!

Being part of an mc is a choice nobody forces someone to join i used to be a lone wolf and i had a lot of respect for 1% bikers and i was a approached by a prospect who intraduced me to a secretary and what that mc proposed was just what i need i started as a hangaround and after a year i got the prospect patches and 6 months after that i got the probationary patches if a patch holder asked me to wash his bike i would have done it immediatly same thing if i was asked to serve alcohol in the club house because the way i see it is that many patch holders did it 20 or 30 years ago why i wouldn't have done it. My advice for the people that are willing to join and outlaw mc is that they must chose carefully because they can get involved into something they cannot handle. Y'all have a nice day and be safe on the road
