8 Reasons Alan Rickman Was The Best Human Ever |⭐ OSSA

Ойын-сауық

It’s been 5 years since Alan Rickman passed away. He took on many diverse roles in outstanding movies during his career. Though he played enigmatic baddies, as Severus Snape in Harry Potter, he was the sweetest human being offscreen.
It's time to raise our wands in tribute to the villain with a heart of gold! JK Rowling trusted and confided in him. Warwick Davis, who you know as Professor Flitwick, had so much fun with him while doing epic pranks on Hogwarts students.
Oliver Phelps, or George Weasley, once was casually asked to explain to him how the iPod works. Finally, how did he happen to know the true story of Professor Snape before everyone else did?
What do his co-stars Rupert Grint (or Ron Weasley), Daniel Radcliffe (or Harry Potter), Evanna Lynch (or Luna Lovegood) say about working with him? We know you’re itching for answers to these Harry Potter queries. So let’s review the magically great Alan Rickman moments.

I couldn't do it, being a Dad one day is what keeps me going when I get too stressed and tetering on the edge of depression I think come on you don't want to be a bad role model to your future kids and keep going. Honestly if I was given the choice become rich and famous and live a long life with whoever you want to be your spouse or have children but die young and unsuccessful but leave your family with enough when your gone I'd pick the 2nd answer. Nothing is worth more to me than my children even though they're not even born yet. That might seem weird but it's how I feel. But mad respect to Alan Rickman to being able to give up his dream of being a father, then again maybe he could because Dan, Emma, Rupert, Tom and all the potter kids were like his own children. Who knows...

@Scott He was a proud papa-bear to all the kids in the cast, always showing up to support their other projects whenever he was able. For example, during a TV special when he and JK Rowling interviewed each other, Daniel Radcliffe told a story of how Alan cut short his vacation to come see him in "Equus". If he'd been alive when "Beauty and the Beast" came out, undoubtedly, he would've gone to the premiere to support Emma Watson. (4/11/2022)

With respect to Alan’s wife’s wishes, it still makes me feel so warm-hearted knowing Alan wanted kids. My dad didn’t want kids and resented me all throughout my childhood. It seems like so many dads either didn’t want kids, disappeared, or were abusive to them. I’m glad family men like Alan are around. Alan may not have had any biological children but I hope he knew he had a hand in positively shaping all the childhood Potter fans that grew up seeing him as Snape, finally learning Snape’s true intentions at the very end. In a small way, all of us were his kids.

My mother divorced my father before I was born, so I never got the chance to meet him. But when I turned 18, a couple of years after my father had died, his older brother came to talk with me and explained why I never met him. Don't be so quick to assume "so many dads" don't want their kids or disappear, some have vindictive wives who do everything they can to hurt their ex husbands by denying them access to their kids. Today it's even worse, no evidence is required, just the accusation of abuse and the dad isn't allowed near his children. A vindictive mother then has years to turn children against their dad. Before you assume a narrative about negative male traits is true, you should ask questions. Did your dad always tell you mom he didn't want kids? Did she decide to ignore him and get pregnant? Are you actually your dad's child? Instead of assuming things you don't know for certain, try asking your dad why he seemed to resent you.

I'm sorry for your experience as a child, feeling unwanted and resented. I think it's spineless to agree to have children if you really don't want them, and then treat them as if it's their fault they exist. I don't have children by choice but strangely I generally feel somewhat protective towards them. Like they shouldn't be mistreated, ever.

The parts I liked best were when he produced Lilly’s doe as his own patronus in front of Dumbledore. It was the first time he showed in just one spell how much he loved Lilly. And his only reply to Dumbledore’s surprise about it was, “Always”. I was also glad they showed him crying while holding Lilly’s body, in the book it never said he even saw her dead body. It was a clear moment that Snape had a heart, and Alan showed so much emotion in that one scene! Even I got teary eyed at the scene when Snape came in and saw her on the floor.

Except it didn't happen in the book. He was still unconscious at that point. People will point to that scene as proof he cared for the students. No, he bullied them. Read the books, and don't fall for Alan Rickman's portrayal of Snape. Book Snape was a man obsessed with Lily Potter, willing to let Harry die until Dumbledore called him out on it, then carried on protecting him because he held a grudge against Voldemort and had made a promise to Dumbledore. Even at the end when he says his famous "always", people overlook what came before. The venomous way he spat out, "for him?", when Dumbledore asked if Snape had come to care for Harry. If Snape had ever truly loved Lily, he would have cared for her son. Instead, he didn't care if one year old Harry died, and he bullied Harry, and resented him until the very end. He humiliated Hermione and made her cry. He was Neville's worst fear. He was a Death Eater who only changed his ways when it affected his obsession. He wasn't a good man, he was a grey character. Alan Rickman was a great actor, and the movies left out the worst of his character because it was a children's movie, and added scenes that didn't exist in the books. Sorry, your Slytherin heart needs to be broken again. Here is a list of good Slytherin characters: Horace Slughorn, Andromeda Tonks, Regulus Black, Merlin, Narcissa Malfoy. Regulus and Narcissa are technically light grey because their hands aren't completely clean, but the good they did far outweighed the bad. Good Slytherin do exist, but that behavior hasn't been nurtured in that house.

But I still believe in the good in people and that some deserve a second chance. I forgave Snape. Doesn’t mean i forgot what terrible things he did and how mean he was to Harry and other students. If you can’t forgive (including oneself) you can’t move forward.

No one will be able to replace Rickman as Severus Snape. It’s quite nostalgic to see this, as I was rewatching the Harry Potter movies. His death scene still makes me 😢

I miss him so much 😢. It's going to sound cliché, but I always will. Such a great man, immortalized in amazing films. I truely, madly, deeply love this man!

I'm afraid it was a miss quote. Someone misread a meme that went viral. A fan said it. Not him.

I'll always remember him as in galaxy quest. I think there was a lot of him in that film. He had a great impact on people and was far too humble to feel good about being put up on a pedestal! Never give up, never surrender.

My fav. movie quote of his isn't actually in Harry Potter, it's in Robbin Hood the Prince of Theives. "I'LL CUT YOUR HEART OUT WITH A SPOON!!!" 'why a spoon?' "IT'S DULLER YOU NITWIT IT WILL HURT MORE!!!"
