For the black-and-white version, once you learn how to use the slide master in Power Point, it's even faster. You make one slide master layout for color and one for black and white. You create your color pages, and once you are done, duplicate the pages, then select all the pages that will be black and white. Right-click on the pages in the side window, and then you can change the layout for each slide in one go, and you don't have to go through all the slides to delete the color images. Another plus for this method is that you won't accidentally move your clipart, as the images are secured in the background.
