    Most of those products are solving problems that are created by other products and life style choices. The mindfuck is that those products will also create new issues on their own.

  • @johnburton8902

    @johnburton8902

    Zip ties don’t/can’t change the position of the outlet face that’s built into the wall, only the wires (prob how they “shorten wires” ). The swivel outlet allows for the plug to be parallel to the wall giving more space and keeps furniture from kinking the wires.

    Not only do you only use the soap dispenser just before washing their hands (who touches the dispenser and then doesn't wash their hands?) but you turn the tap on with a dirty hand and then turn the tap back off with clean hands? Think they are targeting the wrong step in the process.

    How do you refill it without touching it? Use the back of your hand or wrist to push down a regular soap dispenser. Same thing for turning on the water.

    ...Or invest in a touchless dispenser and faucet. Hospitals use systems that are hands-free, toggle switches are used on the floor that they step on to dispense soap and turn on the water.

    I use an elbow to turn it off, or a bit of paper towel. Elbow is S imple, unless you have old-school X-bar knobs...what's bad is how many people drop a towel on the floor in heir kitchen and pick it up to reuse it, (or use the same one for days), especially if they wear shoes in the house, but even if not, that's still nasty. Same with washcloths and sponges.. Looking clean and being clean aren't the same thing. And hotels, many have been caught cleaning everything with the same rag (yep, toilet then that drinking glass), and drying with the same towel (same). I wouldn't use their glasses or cups without a pre-wash of my own, but I get disposables for my stay. They also reuse towels and sheets if they "don't look dirty". A trip to the drugstore for disposables and decontamination wipes is the first thing when I arrive somewhere, the wet wipes come on the plane with me, and in a dirty city, they're always a welcome and handy thing. A pillowcase and a sheet to fold like a sleeping bag to sleep within their sheets reduces ick factor, bc even in a 5-star hotel, scary things happen. They sell travel ones for too much money, a king flat sheet does the job, and then you can be sure you have a nice sheet. (Hey, some of us are texture sensitive, and I don't wanna sleep in someone else's goo.) And their bedspreads? Hit the the floor daily and don't get washed very often. I definitely bring disposable or cheap hotel slippers (or flip-flops, all a few bucks) for the stay, they're thin, light, store in a bread bag or grocery bag, and you won't be waking around in other's dried (or not dried) body fluids. If I touch it, it's Lysol-type spray or wipes first. The natural cleaner I can do at home, but eeew...hotels are gross, even really fine ones.

    Well for one, raw fish can have live worms in it. And two, you can still get diseases from only eating vegetables. There was even an outbreak of E. Coli in the UK from eating salad leaves.

    No such thing as a "Vegan" Everything has traces of animal products in it. The apples they love were grown using fertilizer which is either manure(shit) or blood and bone or maybe some ultra synthetic man made type of thing which defeats the purpose of trying to be vegan. Since people go vegan for a more "natural" diet.

    "Have you ever been bothered by a fly? Or had one land on your sandwich?" me: yes? "And having to throw food out ourselves is what------" me: What? Why would you throw food out because a fly landed on it? "The trap also includes a disposable cartridge, and a quick release button that allows hands free disposal directly into your garbage can" me: ok I'll just stop you right there.... Here is my sales pitch: Have you ever been bothered by a fly? Or had one land on your sandwich? I have and I ate it anyway because I have an immune system and shallow pockets which is what inspired me to use the best fly trap, The House Spider. The House Spider works because flies naturally fly around a lot. It doesn't require chemical attractants, unsightly fly paper, or chasing a fly around with a swatter. The House Spider allows for hands free disposal directly into it's stomach. and it also works for those annoying (insert type here) flies. The House Spider comes with a web trap that is naturally produced by The House Spider and is placed in hard to reach places and out of the way (if you are human). Flies, flying around and stuff, get caught in these web traps *OH NO*. They enter any part of the web trap, they get stuck there, preventing an escape, and the spider wraps them up and disposes of the fly. Wait a small amount of time and the web trap that was activated will reset when it comes off cooldown for a safe, easy, fly murdering experience.

    the first one is amazing but sometimes you need the plugs to be close to you, sooo? you know what i mean? the second one, looks cool, but doesn't all those things work the same? so why should i buy this? third one, germs are wevery where. no need for this one. fourth one, hummmmm seems a good idea generally. if i had a flys probelm i would be very very interested. fifth one, no need really. why do this even exist? (tissue thing) sixth one, very interested, but those things almost always don't work like in the ads. (moister) seventh one, meh. don't have kids. the last one, again, those things do not work like the ads. so it's probably bad and will fall down after awhile (believe me those things always LOOK good but works bad)

    Mr39foor I can vouch for Sugru as well. It works even better than what this shows, super versatile and if you decide to remove it you can scrape it right off. I've used it to hang stuff, to put a glass bowl (smoking, not eating. It's extremely heat resistant) back together, to mount a light on a bike, put a phone holder on the side of a dresser, repair a nearly ruined charger cord, add heat dampening grip to metal pot/pan handles, fix damaged controller thumbsticks and a bunch of other stuff I don't recall right now. Long story short, it's great and definitely worth checking out for a lot of purposes
