hi i did karate when i was a very young teenacher and on that karate course i went from first white>white yellow>yellow>white orange>orange>white blue>blue>white purple>purple so i ended that course with purple belt so i wasent far away from black belt, i only had white green>green>white brown>brown>white black>black left if i had continued that course🙂🙂🙂

I tried looking for very basic video tutorials for how to have a proper form for each individual movement, but all i find are drill movement so fast i just end up stumbling around like a drunk monkey alternating from trying to make the move and running after the remote to pause and rewind the video. Are there any videos about how to properly perform a simple direct punch, but also show how to correctly move the wrist, place the shoulders and the feet, where to spread your weight to keep balance, where to look, where to face, where to aim, etc.?
