Too tight. If you have a bunch of pulling or whiskering in the crotch area of your pants, this is a sign that your crotch is too big or you need to size up. If your fly is perpetually open, this is another sign that your package is huge or you need to size up. Another sign is if you can see a wedgie or any type of cheek definition, your jeans are too tight. You need to have a little room but still showcase and highlight your booty. You should be able to pinch about an inch of fabric on either side of your thigh. If you have big thighs, this may be a bit more challenging, but the good news is you can find athletic tapered denim, which will allow for more room in the crotch, thighs, and glutes region.
Too baggy. Dad jeans are baggy, and they're kind of a trend, but the truth is that they don't look good on most guys. If you're young or really stylish, they may be okay, but most of us can't get away with Dad jeans because we'll look short and dumpy.
Puddling. If your jeans are too long, you'll have puddling at your ankles, which is not ideal. You do not want a bunch of extra fabric down at your ankles. You don't want denim that has been walked or stepped on, discolored, and beaten up at the bottom. But you also don't want them too short. I'm not talking about cuffing or cropping to show your ankle; I'm talking about jeans that are too short. A lot of super-tall men have difficulty finding jeans that are long enough. High-end designer jeans will have longer options. If you're a shorter guy, most of the jeans sold in stores will not be short enough, but you can go online and find options.
Casual jeans dressed up. A lot of men make the mistake of thinking that casual, lighter-wash jeans that have a little bit of distressing can be dressed up with dress shoes and a sports coat, possibly a sweater. They cannot. If you want to dress up jeans, they must be standard, dark-wash, non-distressed jeans. Further, do not wear denim with crazy bling and details on the pockets. Keep your jeans simple with a minimal aesthetic.
Hanging off your booty. Pull your jeans up. If they can't stay up, get a belt. A belt will make or break an outfit, so you must ensure your belt is not beaten up, marred, or scarred. Nasty belts are not stylish. Check out the Anson belt with micro-adjustments, which are versatile, can express your individual style, pull an outfit together, and don't have any holes.
Beat up or distressed. These types of denim used to be popular about five years ago, but not anymore. You will literally look like you're trying too hard.
White denim. These colored jeans make you look like you're trying too hard as well. You look like a dork. Opt for black, gray, or dark jeans that fit you properly. It all boils down to fit and proper outfit coordination. If you're wearing a dorky dad sweater with a pair of sexy black jeans and boat shoes, you'll look horrible because the outfit does not coordinate or match.
Big cuffs. Cuffing your jeans is appropriate if they are a little too long. But you need to roll them up properly by ensuring the cuff is stylized. If you want to show off your ankle or the type of denim you're wearing, that's great, but you should not have to roll your jeans three to five times. It'll look like a croissant rather than a nice, clean cuff. Get your jeans shortened or buy a shorter size.

For older guys like me who may not be aware…make sure your jeans have at least some stretch. They fit better, are much more comfortable and the cuffs don’t ride up your legs 4 inches when you sit. Some have more than others, check the fabric type and try them on.

I heard in this video you go for a 28 length pant. I found the company called The Perfect Jean. They have length form 26 to 38. That covers me and you supper tall guys. I am 5 3 1/2 so I got the 26. It comes in all colors the ones you recommended and colors you did not but so many to pick from. I got skinny but you have just about all of the timeless cuts that other jeans have. They started with really stretchy fabric but they added a regular jean with one percent stretch fabric in it. The stretchy one have 64.5% cotton. I like the stretchy ones but they recommend going a size down. So what made me try the jeans. It was the shorter length. It supper comfy and I don’t have to get the pants trimmed ruining the look by cutting off the taper at the bottom to fit my length. So as a short man these are my jean brand go to. Just want to let you know as well I saw your two appearances on Shark Tank. I saw you on KZread way before I knew you on shark tank but they had the 3 people in the video who were on 2 times. Each person had their videos back to back. I found it on youtube. You really kept to your promise you made to her on the second show. The reason I fallowed you was you said your short and I like to see what styles short guys wear and what brands they buy since I am short. It is hard to find brands with shorter length pants and sleeves on shirts. Keep it up. Just saying I got the girl as I am married. She loves my new jeans.

By the time I’m 220 lbs I’ll probably be wearing Mediums with ease. I think it’s fascinating that I’ll be wearing mediums at 220 lbs while another guy at the same weight is wearing 2XL. Even 2 years ago when I was 310 lbs I was wearing 2XL with ease

@@applejuice9468it depends. I’ve seen some guys who are deceptively heavy because they’re muscles are compact and they have super high bone density. But op says he wears 2XL at 230 so his body is clearly voluminous. Unless he looks like a ifbb pro mass monster, then I agree, he probably has alot of weight too lose. Then again having body of a ifbb mass monster isnt that healthy either, despite the “low bodyfat”

For those of you guys who are gun owners their is a company call kore that makes the same product but for gun owners. When it comes to price they are about the same as anson. Anson belts are a better deal when you buy them in bundles, you can get 3 belts and buckles for about 100 bucks. Kore belts however, are only about 10 bucks more per belt and are for carrying. They have the same design expect the belt is tougher to carry the weight of a gun. They have options from tactical looking to dress wear. Their bundles of 2 are 112 bucks each. Really kore belts are good whether you carry a gun or not, but just something to think about

Good rules according to society not bad to follow them. But I have the best one. Always try to look your best, base on your resources and having. Don’t kill yourself If you don’t have what the others have. Let’s say a million in the bank. Just work with what u have and work for what you want. If you your partner likes u bc of just ur looks. It’s not the right one. You can have everything material and still be miserable and have nothing and be happy. It would be nice to have a balance. ☺️

wide jeans aren’t even a trend, they’ve been around for over 100 years, it’s those skinny jeans that are the trend but you guys don’t realize it

When you find a pair of jeans that look amazing on you buy 2 pairs, or 3 if you can afford to. But most of us can afford at least one extra pair to keep on the shelf for when the first pair starts to look to worn out.

Aaron...love you bro, but I have to disagree on one point. Light-medium wash denim can be dressed up... but only with brown loafers... light-medium shade. Also...your Henley rawks, but are 3-button Henleys out of style now?

The ass bling pockets are one of the most cringe fashion trends of all time and it refuses to die! It worked in 2009 when everyone was wearing affliction tee shirts. It does not work in 2023.

@@ryancrawford8042 Agreed. I was pretty into training jiu jitsu and mma around that time frame and whenever a dude put on an affliction shirt and went to a bar, they suddenly believed that they could fight. Regardless of whether they could or not 😂.

His logic is spot on; however, all he does is promote the products of his sponsors. The watches suck and look like cheap knockoffs, as do other products. I’m not here to make richer.
