Something about hearing fire burning whilst I’m sleeping makes me feel relaxed I love all sort of calming stuff thank you I suffer with real bad mental health and ptsd so I get flash backs when I sleep and this helped me sleep last night ❤

One of my go to videos for relaxation/sleep. Oceans are great, fire is great, but together with a sunset?! 👌🏼 Incredible! I pretty much leave this on at least once a week.

I'm using this video for probably an unusual purpose: My headphones are old, and have started making popping noises. These popping noises are annoying, and worse happen only on one side! However, they are also indistinguishable from the crackling fire in this video; meaning that, by playing this video, I get to enjoy the sound of a nice campfire instead of annoying crackling headphone sounds. Thank you for uploading and helping me eke a little more life out of these old headphones!

After years of severe anxiety w/ clinical depression and every failed method of relief you can think of from counselors, therapists, phycologists, and doctors of all assortment I have found that nothing beats a fire on the beach/lake.

Thanks, that was sweet to hear. It caught me at a good time, helped me refocus out of a negative thought spiral. I’m not happy or healthy, but I am loved and I’ll be those other things again soon even if it might not feel like that’s possible right now. Bipolar depression is whack, but I’m starting to earn my sea legs.

Finally! I love the 2 hour version and use it at work, this will be great to set and forget!
