I love cookie. Hope he gets better. My bird Tweety started listening to cookie talking to the mouse when ii first got her. She loves cookie. He gets her tweeting and happy. We love you Cookie.

Alen, I want you to know that I have Cookie playing in the background at my work every day. I love those little bird sounds, and he is a happy little guy! I can tell. I have an older cockatiel at home who is very quiet and Cookie makes me smile. Thank You for sharing Cookie.

My birdie about 3 years I think. I adopted Luci and I don't think she was taken care of. She don't take baths I have to spray her she don't like to be handled. We are working on that. This parakeet seems to really excite her. Her nails were so long seemed to limp when she walked. I found someone to trim them. She was happy about that after a couple days. Eating good. Singing more. Molting now. Sorry I wrote so much but I want to take of this sweet bird. So if you have any ideas Help!

constats : 1) contrairement à certains animaux la perruche voit son reflet 2) ne se reconnait pas 3) tiens une discussion longtemps, 4) a une sacré dose de patience 5 un espoir sans faille de voir un jour, à travers ses "argumentations" de voir son double sortir du miroir :) j'avoue que j'aimerai bien que, sous mes fenêtres, mon Roméo ai autant d'endurance qu'elle à me séduire (qu'il y pense serait déjà bien ;) )

BTW alex your budgie is beautiful.

I wish you could do an app for Alexa with this on, I have searched for budgie sounds to play for my two boys when I'm out but not found anything and I wont leave the PC running when not in. they love listening to Cookie and singing along :-)

Looks like my Pip a beautiful sky blue but Pip is split for recessive he has the orange beak pink cere and “pied spot on his head

I have a parakeet and I've had him for about a month and I'm debating if I should give him a mirror or not( he is the only budgie in the cage) also he does not act like other budgies maybe because he's very young. Any tips for me?

Sorry that I'm so late, but I would not recommend a mirror. Mirrors can cause your parakeet psychological issues. Hope it helped!😜

Calista Breed in the mirror they think there is another bird, therefore, you want to. Be their friend, and buddy and talk to the bird so you can bond... from experience.... I know its cute because they will talk to the mirror and make all sorts of noises as tho there is a cage full of them ... but once my son got he mirror the bird changed!

If you handle your bird a lot a mirror is a toy to them they will love. I change it around the toys as they especially love paper toys to pull a part. Mirrors can be assest to healthy bird if used correctly.

I'd had "Billy" 🐦 for four years. 7/11/16-9/7/20. I'm home all day, every day; he'd bonded with both me AND his mirror birds. I miss him; can't get another 🐦 because of covid risk. (Age/underlying health, etc.) 🥺 He'd been a great companion, especially last summer (Third World Mpls.) 🙇‍♀️

Hi Alen, some of these captions on the side of the video such as "getting my budgie a new home" seem to cover Cookie's face too much in the video so we don't get such a clear look at his gorgeous face :S

aw i hope there is a friend in this budgies future. Budgies can die of loneliness!!

only the rings on its crown feathers go away. Also, in some color mutations the rings wont dissappear
