I think it's fair that the tsuchikage water dragon is weaker since the majority of his moveset set is far ranged, and the other water styles users are closed ranged fighters, their water dragons being stronger gives them the opportunity to close the distance between the tsuchikage

I think second mizukage on boruto storm 4 is too over power. So weakness jutsu for water dragon is fair

Electric ninjutsu are also stronger on water and will have an epic water electrifying effect which doesn't really do anything but indicate the attack has been buffed. It should be noted that the buffs on water can be deactivated and are deactivated by default in ranked.

Man, I wish they went deeper on character concepts and made more diverse gameplay amongst the characters. Would have loved to see Hanzo with a poison based playstyle that requires you to poison your opponent to do massive damage or Hidan having to land his scythe attacks and he can have different versions levels of self damage.

They really should've given Hidan an instant kill move but, made it take a couple seconds to execute giving the opponent some time to interrupt stopping it from being too op

Jirobo of the sound ninja 4 also has two different combos!! For his up combo while on the ground if you follow through the whole thing he launches them up! But if you stop the combo before he hits you up, he actually throws you to the side instead! giving you a chance for a knock back! Also! I didn’t know about KCM1 Naruto’s air combo! 3 different moves is nuts! So cool!!

I loved to do this with fireball jutsu!

1 they gotta add the side combos back 2 they should give every character multiple air combos since it is gonna be a button mashing simulator. And 3 make multiple buttons do combos so you can mix different inputs and have different combos. Also have more combos like 8 per character with O/B and 8 with square/X we will happily wait for that. Also make better awakenings and more of them

I think the second mizukage’s water dragon is weaker because he is an edo and in lore they are technically weaker their only advantages being infinite stamina and vitality

In storm 4 RTB the adult naruto rasenshurikens are all for different purposes the normal the 2 tail one follows u and u cant avoid it the 4 tail one does more damage and can break your guard and the normal one is the fastest

It's actually Second Mizukage. Also by lore, Edo Tensei'd corpses are meant to have nerfed abilities. With special cases like Madara whose not supposed to be as Powerful as shown since he originally has no access to Hashirama cells as an Edo Tensei, he was only able to unleash 5 Susanoo Clones and Meteorite summon cuz Kabuto gave him artificially produced Hashirama DNA and increases his own Chakra through the Hashirama "tree".

Actually, the Tengai Shinsei (Madara's Meteor) Requires Three Hand Signs At The Exact Same Time To Perform, And He'd Literally Kill Himself If He Did It In Base While Alive, Considering Edo Period Madara And Six Paths Madara Are On Different Levels Of Speed. (Databooks state this reasoning).

actually Madara already had Hashirama's cell and awakened the rinnegan right before his death, but it was too late (because he was too old by the time he awakened his rinnegan). In legend: Madara dies in the valley of the end. But in reality, Madara faked his death by using the izanagi jutsu and used the opportunity to take Hashirama's cell. Kabuto didn't give anything to madara, because madara already had it when he was alive. Kabuto just put those things on his edo tensei body but the original body already have it..

edo tensei have unlimited chakra and their ability doesnt get nerfed ( except the rinnegan ). that's why madara can spam ninjutsu when he fought agaisnt the 5 kages..

@@azie8884 Actually, The Scaling Of The Edo Tensei And The Strength They Are Brought Back At Is Heavily Dependent On The Caster Of The Jutsu. The Caster Has To Be At Least As Strong As The Reanimation In Terms Of Chakra To Bring The Body Back At Full Power, Which Kabuto Nor Orochimaru Was. Once Madara Used Reanimation On Himself (Not Rinne Rebirth), He Gained His Full Power Back. Notice How The 4 Kage Were Surprised That Orochimaru Was Able To Bring Them Back "CLOSE" To Full Power. Not Full Power. Remember When Orochimaru Brought Back Hashirama And Tobirama Against Hiruzen? I Don't Even Think They Were At Half Of Their Full Power It Said.

Other weird effect that is in the game is that is you do the edo madara's neautral combo agaisnt a awakened character like naruto 4, 6 tails or kisame awakened( just character with a big transformation) the combo ends a bit different. Same with obito unmasked.

I miss the jutsu clashes, when they removed it is probably one of the most reasons why I gradually stopped liking the game franchise

yes, I think status effect don't work ie water dragon dmg will not be increased in *ranked play. I believe the lighting effect stays since its a minor effect and only happens to stun if ur close, not sure tho. not as big of a deal as increased dmg or increased block dmg imo.

elemental damage is not a hidden detail, was promoted a lot when the game came out, and was completely forgotten because is a very stupid mechanic, specially because only three elemnts have a boost and only one can be used anywhere, fire, lighting and water only work on water wich not all stages have
