I'm depressed and been in a clinic for around 3 months, they diagnosed me with social Phobia, PTSD and ¿ADHD¿ and this part really hit me like a train, (LuL cuz that's what I'd do) "tell me where I'm safer, in a bed or in a grave, or don't bother I'm a waste of help I can run away but try it as I may, I'm not gonna escape myself" Today's one of the more shittier days tbh... Already had some shit arguments and got screamed on... Now I have to listen to this song. I'm losing hope
