In this question the amount is being paid "per annum" that is every year that amount is being paid. In the previous formula it was only a "one-time" paid amount. Always look for the key words like "per annum/every year".

Calculator one is also correct and what mam has said that is also correct as we divide naturally without calculator than we will get 0.10
