Big fan of vintage lenses - and right on about them being built better, I have a couple super cheap-o Olympus lenses that were PENNIES compared to modern lenses but completely metal and feel rugged. Love that Helios bokeh too. Great video, guys!

Some real hidden gems in the vintage lens world. If only Loot Crate did a vintage lens box!

Wow, I wish I could get the Jupiter Nine 85mm for £80. Would snap it up in a heartbeat!

The Canon m50 has a EOS M Mount. If you Helios 44 has a m42 mount (Some have different mounts) you need a EOS M Mount to M42 Mount.

Nice! Vintage Lenses are great! Unfortunately, KZread and film grain don't mix well :/

For electronic lenses we use a commlite adapter, for manual we have a bunch of different ones with no real brand name. We've had a bad experience with commlite adapters so I'd actually suggest spending more money and going with a metabones.

Hi, I have designed some 3D printed cinematic focus rings for DSLR and other camera lense. They are precisely made for each lens, so you can always keep them on your lense just like original cinematic lenses. Would you like to try some in your projects? Your feedbacks will help me a lot.

American dollar pricing is way off for the 50mm. New it’s $100 not $55

Since people have been snatching those lenses up, the prices have raised.

I have the Tokina 11-16mm F/2.8 and its amazing for its low price point, but it's very noisy if your filming with it I would suggest getting a shotgun mic and a zoom h1 or something along those lines. Also, I had the Canon 50mm f/1.8 and wow its a best for beginners if you're just starting photography you must have this lens!! I have the Canon 70-300mm F/4-5.6 and do not get it it's super soft and noisy don't get it!! save your money I actually have a video made for the lens and a deep review on the lens and why you should save your money to get a better one but if your just starting out give it a try and get the more updated one witch might cost a little more but I guess its worth it . kzread.info/dash/bejne/qIV-qcVwhNLefdI.html
