I know some may think that Feng Shui is fake B.S., though I used to have serious health problems due to the misplacement of stuff and clutter. When I bumped into Feng Shui I decided to give it a try, it didn't solve my health issues directly, but it steered me in the right direction by helping me to see what needed to be done and which areas of my life I needed to focus and work on to change it. In other words and more simply put it, if your road is blocked and areas of your life are cluttered it makes very difficult to see where you should go next or the best route to take in order to achieve your goals. It was actually a very helpful discovery, after many years it has become a second nature for me and I have no intention to let go of it. For me It is not a religion, though it helps me to stay focused and in better connection with nature and the Source.

For people who don’t believe, i’m reading a book about the moon qi and it literally affects the oceans. Our bodies are also made of water, so it just makes sense. Also i’ve been having problems for years and i’m going to try feng shui, wish me luck.

@@toastedtarts4044 What's the title of the book you're reading, if you don't mind me asking about this? I've many Feng Shui books, but I have yet to find one specific on the Moon for Feng Shui, of course it's good to know where to look for it...As far as concerns the influence of the planets and the Moon in particular, it is obvious that the Moon influences life on Earth, no doubt there.

shakti veda its the complete idiot’s guide to feng shui third edition. I read it years ago and am reading it again. It only briefly mentioned the moon’s qi, and I can’t remember if it goes in depth. It does mention though that it uses flying stars method and four pillars method. IIRC the four pillars method may help with that.

Please destroy all occult and accursed items because GOD hates occultism, just study the Holy Bible. The Holy Bible forbids us to dabble in the occult, see Leviticus 19:31: "Do not defile yourselves by turning to mediums or to those who consult the spirits of the dead. I am the LORD your God. Also see Deuteronomy 18:10.Only our LORD can help us! Sometimes he let's things happen to punish us sometimes people give demons a foothold! Using charms et cetera always gives demons a foothold because we are supposed to rely on our LORD! Born again Christian can rebuke them in the name of our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST. You have to become born again: accept JESUS CHRIST as your personal Lord and Savior who paid on the cross for your sins and came back to life on the 3rd day!!! We have to come to the cross as broken sinners. Please check out this link on occult items and practices we must get rid of and avoid: truthinreality.com/2012/10/27/the-occult-cursed-objects-cults/

As a plant nerd I would like to chime in: Bamboo is a grass, not a tree. The "bamboo" (Lucky bamboo) plant you see for sale is actually not bamboo but a plant called Dracaena that has been manipulated to look like bamboo. Just for those that are interested in these tidbits! :)

We also don't place our bed facing windows, and we also don't place the bed to a door also, so its amazing to hear different cultures are similar, these are just a few. Thanks for sharing

Just a note to point out that the plant at 2:09 is not bamboo at all. It's Dracaena braunii (Syn. D. sanderiana), called Lucky Bamboo, but it's a completely different plant family. It has a completely different, and less effective, vibratory effect from bamboo.

If you don't want to put away electronics, put some Shungite stones on top of them before bed (cube, triangle, sphere, egg etc). It really helps. And I cannot recommend removing all mirrors from your bedroom enough. It improved my sleep 20 fold. If you can't remove them, cover them up with a sheet, blanket, curtain, towel etc.

Began the Feng Shui-ing of my home last weekend by moving my bed orientation clearing away all the storage from under it. I have woken up in clearer, happier mind ever since. Strange process but I'm not stoppin'!

Mike, I have a request. Would you do a video on Chinese New Year facts and meanings behind thing, etc. i would be interested in learning more about what happens. Are there festivals? Is it one day or celebrated over several days. You know...the basic idiot westerner guide to Chinese New Year. If you have done this before, can you post a link for us to get to the video? Thanks.

Tiffany Felkner As far as I know, Chinese New Year is celebrated for 14 days, with each day dedicated for different purposes (eg day one must be spent with immediate family, second day with close relatives, third day must not be spent visiting, last day is for valentine etc) Other festivals are celebrated only for the day. National day is only one day but people have a whole week off

Good video. Enjoyed watching that. Except one part. The bedroom at 4 min was nice. Red pillow and yellow sheets. And nicely designed. Told my wife to come over and check it out. Of course when I showed it to her, the hot girl with the laptop was on screen. Good timing!!! Wife thought I was watching something inappropriate. Thanks Mike. Keep up the good work.
