A tiny detail I noticed after playing this game a few times: Most of us know Arthur will occasionally sing quietly (no dialogue displayed, but you'll hear it) while riding horseback when free roaming. However, after visiting the doctor in chapter 6 he'll no longer sing.

Amazing as always, I recently found out one, to me, interesting thing, Elks actually eat leaves on those small trees. Try to observe your surroundings sometimes it really becomes interesting watching animals especially predators do their things when they don't notice you.

@@potawatadingdong It's actually not wrong. Both Elk and Elks are the plural but Elk is the most commonly used one. That's one thing that is weird about English; not putting a s to make it clear there's many, not just a single one. As a native French speaker I would have put a s there too, as a Spanish speaker I would too but Spanish puts a s everywhere to the point it's not even funny anymore. Your comment actually made me google it and check 3 different dictionaries. Elks is correct when talking about the species or a large group, Elk is correct when talking about a single one or a small group, is my understanding of it.

If you are lucky, you can see a Woodpecker making holes in the tree. You can hear the noise but it is rare to see it because it flies away quickly.

Yes, but I think we pretty covered all the details by this point. These details and secrets series would always surprise me but this is the first where I knew every detail, minus Dutch's Move but that's because it was more of an interpretation on Strange Man's part.

One of the things I hate about this is the movement. If I'm looting a house, I walk by something that says take, I hold Y but Arthur keeps moving from the momentum, and it takes forever to reposition himself to the position I need to be in. I also hate how witnesses can find you no matter where you are and report you

Dan Houser was such a great writer. I don't think Gta VI will have better writing than any of Dan's works.

Very nice vid. I was replaying the game and found a interaction on chapter two where Hosea is taughting Jack to read. He then says to Abigail that reading is boring, and that he wants to be a gunslinger. Abigail then states that this will happen "Just over my dead body", which is, in 1914, the reason why Jack becomes a gunslinger seeking revenge against Ross.

Strange Man, this doesn't get said enough. Your editing is phenomenal.

In RDO your character will make certain facial expressions if one of your cores are low. For example, if you have low dead-eye, your character will blink alot as if something was in their eye. Low stamina, their expression will look tired.

People don't know you can ride the donkeys?! That was one of the first things I tried when it released 🤣 that big man looks so silly on such a tiny animal ! still cracks me up!

2:03 I've never heard that line before because I've never interacted with Sadie in Colter and I've played this game half a dozen times at the very least. I always just assumed it was Jake and Sadie's horse because of that. That makes the most sense to me-- they'd need a horse living up in the mountains like that, if we're talking realistically. Unless the O'Driscolls took their horse and for some reason swapped it out with one of the O'Driscoll horses. Also, it's particularly interesting, simply because this horse is in their barn in RDO up to this current date, and Online itself precedes the events of the game. And the fact that it wasn't originally in RDO to begin with, but added in during one of the updates, with tack removed no less, so it likely wasn't a mistake but an intentional detail. Aside from the Online team maybe not knowing it was supposed to be an O'Driscoll's horse. It's just Rockstar more than likely accidentally contradicting their own work, even if in a very small and minute way, and I find that amusing. lol.

I guess it's an intentional detail because Rockstar thought "Oh wait, why didn't we add Sadie's horse from the beginning of the game here" forgetting the line where Sadie says it's not even hers.

Well they didn't really swap it out, did they? A bunch of odriscolls came there, chances are one of em took Jack and Sadie's horse away to their camp at the abandoned mining town.

Fun fact: Arthur’s horse boadicea can be found in the game files. Its a Hungarian Half Breed with a red coat and has the best stats. They never should never have replaced her with the Odriscoll horse.

One detail some people may not know is that if you have a rockstar account you can use the online catalog to buy outfits and clothes for Arthur that only unlock in epilogue

*Updated5* It ain't much but here is details I saw too : -*YOU CAN LITERALLY WITHDRAW YOUR GUN LIKE A WESTERN MOVIE WITHOUT ACTIVATING THE DEAD EYE BEFORE* by simply pressing slowly R2 (fire). Arthur will slowly reach his gun then you enter in dead eye. But only works with guns.. - Charles chatenay card at Mary's *valentine* house. -You can choke people from behind when they are sit on a chair. -You can hide in bushes and not being seen by enemies or police when they track you down.. Unless they are really close to you. -Hunting during the rain hide your smell. -Dog's owner knows you can do bad things if you have your bandana or not. - Racoon homes are the Dead small trees 👍 - Horses veins appear when horses flexing their muscles. - Susie know if you wanted or kill bunch of people as she thinks it was Bill but tell you that's probably you. - Susie will tell you that Arthur is supposed to be a man of action and not staying to much in the camp usally. Mysteries : -At *Van Horn* in a boat we can find a Collectible card named : *Schooner* with 2 tentacules, it's a reference of H.p Lovecraft when the hero use a Schooner named Emma (that type of boat) -The voodoo ritual will probably needs snake and fire like the painting (and snake card suggest) -*Butcher creek* have a card name "butcher bros" So I think that town killed people as we can see clothes and blood hidden. ( probably the people from *Braithwaite*) The town has been cursed for that reason. -There is a small area before a dead tree near a toilet cabin who trigger Silence from animals. -A flower can be picked near the tombstone. But I "think" my first playthrough I still took the collectible card without paying too much attention. But now I remember this guy and was really surprised that was Chatenay collectible card at the front door of Mary's house with cigarettes and flowers........

The hiding in bushes one I found by mistake recently... I started a new playthrough and after killing 2 O'Driscolls near Valentine I had the police called on me. After a failed hide and seek game I got on my horse only to have it killed instantly, I ran away and somehow they didn't see me get in a bush. They flew by so close I thought they would spot me but to my surprise the concealment did work!

@@LilGamingYes It works aswell for the animals but if you move and make noise cause of the bush they will hear it but sometimes still stay. Combine that with the lotion 😊👍

Funny thing about Arthur’s horse. If it isn’t Sadie or Jake’s horse, then why can you find it in their barn online? Online apparently takes place a year before the events of the game. It may be possible that it was Jake’s horse, but she doesn’t want a reminder of him.

Huh sadie says the horse was theirs from the driscolls but if you visit the ranch in online you can find the same horse in the stable, soo it is sadies horse

what i love to do is when I'm on rdr 2 online. i love hopping on a donkey & going to a nearby town & enjoy watching the other players getting a kick out of me riding a donkey.

Should do 1 on the story of Van Horn. the post clerk looks like a zombie and inside his booth is a mess. Along with all the other weird stuff. Be an interesting video to explain why it's such a disastrous town.

1:27 Sadie LIES! If you go to the ranch in online mode, which is set in 1898, you can see the horse in the stable! Great video!

Another detail: If you throw fire bottle in moonshine machine it will react very cool, with noises and smoke. You can find this machine randomly across the world with strangers that will ask you to get them flowers and etc.

Regarding the Cave, it seems odd to me that the gang make their camp outside the cave entrance and not inside, unlike the Murphee's. I did think that maybe this was due to programming issues, but now I'm wondering if it's just another sign of Dutch changing, the living actually in the cave would have been a step too far?

One detail most people don't know about is with the Braithwaite stallions in Horseflesh For Dinner. They're the same breeds of horses as the foundation sires of the Thoroughbred breed: the Byerly Turkoman, the Darley Arabian, and the Godolphin Arabian. So the characters aren't entirely wrong when they repeatedly refer to the Braithwaite stallions as Thoroughbreds.

Strange man! A detail I found was that a cast’s line breaks when you swim in front of a strangers line and they have to recast. (You might have already said this in a video, but I thought it was cool) 😅

Arthur and John don't want us to recreating jumping into a wall like in GTAV.

If your character is drunk then you drink coffee it actually sobers you up completely

I can never get over this soundtrack.

When sitting on your horse and you're holding a weapon, when you try to pet your horse then Arthur (or John) will put the reigns on his saddle and pet the horse. Really cool detail!

Right now I don’t play red dead no more because I’ve done what I wanted in the game but this is insane details that might make me play again.

It's always good to take a break when you feel like the game has nothing to offer anymore. I always end up coming back to games like this and Skyrim and it feels great, specially because of how the game can be played completely differently. Currently I'm doing a low honor run as a maniac using a bow and I'm loving it!

About the donkeys, I didn't know they were in farms but I often met people riding them so I was like "LMFAO" and killed the rider to get one

I expect a special from the hundredth episode since always

A tiny detail I noticed is that when you pause the game, a watch is displayed on the top left corner. Always thought it was for looks but noticed it showed what the in game time was. As the time passes by & every time you pause the game the watch will change as well.

I been playing the game little by little when I have free time. I notice the weather sometimes gets cloudy but it never rains... 🤔😵‍💫

I really want to play this game again but I just end up playing for like 10 mins because I've got nothing to do even in online but imma try to get back into it cos it is such an amazing game
