    miss can explain why fringe pattern passing through the diffraction grating is brighter than that produced from the same source with a double slit? can explain here??

    Double slit only got two wave sources to add tgt to get bright fringe. But diffraction grating has many many many slits and waves sources to add together, hence often it is brighter!
