its probably a slight advantage but the outside guys almost never do what they should be doing. the disadvantage of being on the inside is that you are apexing earlier and therefor you have to get on the gas later the outside should be lining up as wide as possible, apex late and get on the gas much before the inside line driver, and then out brkke them on the inside into the next corner.

I can't believe they let that silver mustang race again after losing control and hitting the C5 corvette and causing it to hit the wall. What a travesty. These cars that slide all over the place because they have poor handling should be forced to line up on the outside lane if they're going to let them race. That C5 corvette was faster and better handling than that garbage mustang, and he had him beat fair and square. It's a shame that the better handling car had to pay the price for the mustang's lack of control. That corvette WAS a beautiful car, but that's the price to pay for racing it in such a crappy race forum as this.

If we could get that rocket of an eclipse to hold together until the finals maybe wed get to see it and the blazer go head to head, that would be the matchup, probably more favorable for the eclipse in this shorter track as that blazer really turns up alot in the straights, we all wanna see that matchup. This was a great night (bad for the corvette, sharp and fast ride but it does happen), and the blazer and camaro had some rubbin goin on, was a very interesting night.

@@JukeboxAlley there have only been 5 races this season. I won 2 of them. The other 3, I lost one because I slept at the light and the other I withdrew from because my car started making a little noise I didn’t like and didn’t want to risk it. Turns out converter bolts loosened up. Now after probably 80 launches I’ve done in the car, the stock 18 year old trans broke (and it was my own fault). So technically… this is the first break :)

@@JukeboxAlley It wasn’t the boost that killed it, it was the wheel hop. Usually I launch at 9psi and taper in boost for traction reasons but this race, I did 14psi. The tires broke loose, wheel hop/shock and that’s all it takes on a surface like this. But to answer your question… I was at 40psi for this event. Basic boost level for this setup.
